Great company, fast shipping
At first I left a negative review because I thought they are ignoring my e-mails after I made an order, but they really must have been busy. I would most definitely recommend JM-Distro, they shipped the package quickly and everything went smooth in the end. 100% recommend, and I apologize for being rude to them at first, should have had more trust and be more patient. Will buy again and will recommend to my friends

Shipping took forever
Shipping took forever. I reached out to customer service multiple times via email and whatsapp and never got a response. The first time I ordered was lightening fast, so I don't know why this one was such a problem.

They will scam you and you’ll lose a couple hundred bucks :))
Ordered a large package of vapes from them. I got the shipping label, everything goes great, but I get a notification that my package was returned. After weeks of emailing the company and DHL also, turns out - DHL told me, not JM - that the company doesn’t have the necessary approvals for transporting “dangerous goods”. Now, seeing this, the company is undoubtedly a scam, otherwise they would either have the permits or not ship internationally. I got my refund but the 100+ pounds for shipping is gone.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
I paid 100+ pounds for shipping only and my order was returned because, as it turns out, DHL doesnt ship lithium batteries. This was obviously the unprofessionalism of the company, handing my package to a delivery company which, by their rules, doesnt ship it. Hence it is obvious that it is basically impossible to order from outside the UK. Also, JM has no intention of returning my money for shipping, even though it was their fault my package hasnt arrived.
