i think here you can find the best prices,literally .ordered from belgium,the service is ultra fast,condidering the distance ,customs...arrived in 3-4 days.ordered before from another UK store,it took at least one week.huge variety of products.totally recommended .for sure i will order again

I didn't receive the goods. I would like to get some amount back

Spoke to a rep and they said yes we can deliver your package to Germany, I thought great went on placed my order paid in full with delivery costs of around £35. Nearly 3 weeks after placing the order had a email from this company saying we have had your packages returned and refunded your money sorry for the inconvenience. But only refunded the amount I paid for the items not returned my postage and not contacted me to offer another alternative for delivery and or to tell me why I never received the package and why it got returned to them. Very disappointed in the customer service that has gone on with this order.

Delivery to New Zealand was fairly swift and the item was well packaged. The Nectar Hex is impressive and of heavy build quality, a very nice dry vape. The only downside is, that the mouthpiece gets really hot during use, even on a 3 Minute session. Otherwise love using it. Thank you!
