J.M. Field Marketing is an amazing company that helps businesses with all aspects of marketing. 5 stars are not enough - A phenomenal job, on very short notice.

J.M. Fields needs to work to improve their IT department. They don't seem to be on top of their platform to debug why our orders are not being accepted. It requires us to keep a developer on hand to debug their issues and inform them of what is wrong. This is frustrating, as they don't seem to be responsible for their own platform.

It's nice to not have to think about the day to day of running my business. They handle all of that for me and even ship my orders the same day that customers place them.

It has become a very cumbersome process to order brochures for our guests. And it's been this way since July 2017 as we have to go to a link to then request brochures. To order the brochures we have to manually enter the address rather than it pulling from the address on the contact person or lead in SFDC. So we have to retype all the information for the order. And sometimes the shipping method doesn't populate so I can't finalize the order (which I've been trying to do for the last 10 minutes).
It's very frustrating to order brochures at this time.

No reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.
They are quick to respond and very pleasant to work with.
If you're in need of assistance you can count on J.M. Field Marketing to be there to resolve the issue.

Great product at a great price and wonderful service

Our rep Paul Honcharski was quick and responsive in getting us bag options, estimates and samples to meet our tight deadline. It was a pleasure working with him and we will use J.M. Field Marketing for our future promotional item needs.

They ship all orders on the same day which, surprisingly, all 3PL(s) say they will do but don't. I've had zero problems with fulfillment.

I also used them for Shopify and multi-channel fulfillment which have worked out well. I have my own support email with JMF so I get quick support which is critical in this business.
