Had some trouble changing a phone operator in France, and I was seriously doubting that the iphone I had was locked. I used the carrier check, and it revealed it was unlocked already. Rapid and clear response from the staff, that sent me searching for another reason which I solved eventually.

I JUST GOT MY IPHONE 5S AT&T UNLOCKED, PAID FOR 1-15DAYS, IT GOT UNLOCKED IN BARELY 10 DAYS....JM UNLOCKS IS THE REAL DEAL! I WAS DOUBTFUL BUT NOW THEY HAVE MY TRUST ANYDAY, ANYTIME.....

I was definitely really skeptical of this service. Especially since I've been reading online that the only way to unlock an AT&T iPhone 5c is through AT&T. But after giving these guys a try I am extremely happy with the results! My phone was unlocked on schedule and now works perfectly with T mobile! Will definitely be using JM Unlocks again in the future if I ever need another phone unlocked!

I read a lot of reviews on this guys and was still a bit sceptical, it sounded to good to be true, but i purchased the service anyway. I am surprised it really is a GREAT SERVICE, it was suposed to take between 1 - 14 business days and it only took 8, the instructions they give are spot on, really reliable service, if I ever need to unlock any other phone i will totally purchase again with this guys. BTW my iPhone is a at&t and nobody could do it, and this guys got the job done, AWESOME PEOPLE!!

We contacted JMUnlocks.com online the day before we left for Peru in January to unlock 1 of our iPhones. They came through within 24 hours (just like they said), but we had no way of confirming it before we traveled. Upon arrival in Lima, we immediately went to a Movistar office and purchased a prepaid SIM card, plugged it in, and it worked (just like they said it would). So now we needed to unlock our other iPhone while we were in Lima. We had some problems with credit card authorizations at first, but the folks at JMUnlocks handled it all via email in couple of hours. Great/fast/effective customer service no matter where you are. People learn from mistakes. I never made any but I realised lack of information can be very costly. It equates a mistake made, never to be corrected. This happened to me when I was in dire need of unlocking my iphone.

I contacted another unlock company first, (iPhone-unlockme.com) my Mistake.
They took my money and did nothing. I e-mailed them many times, only to receive stock response e-mails. Even the ones with a link to check the progress of my unlock process, only led me to the same page where I started the process.

When I ordered my unlock, I was told my "Factory Unlock" would be done in 10-25 days. As it was out of there control, because Apple would be handling the unlock.
After waiting the 25 days, and much frustration, I contacted JM Unlocks.
My iPhone was unlocked in one hour.
Thank God there are still Honest People, That do what they say they will do!

They took my order via PayPal (I'm in China, so payment issues can be a problem). Unlock was amazingly simple and worked the first time. I'm definitely recommending to my friends here.

I love it overall, I've always had great luck with their quality and the service they provide. I do think sometimes the price isn't the best available (its usually close though), although their inventory is just phenomenal. Great company overall.
