Jade at High Wycombe office made a good job of organising the re-roofing of my property at 99 West Wycombe Road. Also the installation of a new front door. She was very helpful and kept me and the tenant informed at every stage.

We are tenants who rent through JNP High Wycombe. We recently had a boiler issue (we had no hot water or heating), and we were in touch with Jade. She was really amazing at getting this sorted for us, kept us informed every step of the way and worked tirelessly to get this sorted. Jade is a credit to JNP, and we really appreciate her and hope she is rewarded for her help. :)

I've only recently started my journey with JNP for the letting of my flat, but so far I cannot fault them. They managed to find a suitable tenant within a week, where others had failed. The process through to the tenants moving in has been very thorough with regular updates. Everyone has been very helpful, polite and quick to respond to any queries. So far, I've been extremely impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Jade at JNP has been doing a fantastic job in managing our properties. She has been prompt in addressing issues, organising contractors immediately when needed and most importantly keeping us updated as we live some distance from High Wycombe. We have great confidence in Jade's abilities and cheerful efficient manner.

WARNING TO ALL TENANTS – Extremely Concerning Experience with JNP High Wycombe

This review is based entirely on documented events and first-hand experience.

As of 24 November 2025, a mother and her two children were placed in a property managed by JNP High Wycombe that had no electricity and no gas.
Temperatures were below freezing, making the home uninhabitable under even the most basic housing standards.

Despite the property being impossible to live in, the family was still expected to continue paying rent, even though they physically could not occupy the home. They were told at one stage that they could terminate the contract due to the lack of essential utilities, yet the situation has been prolonged with no clear resolution and ongoing pressure.

Even more concerning, they were advised they needed to pay council tax on this uninhabitable property. This is deeply troubling and completely at odds with what any reasonable tenant would expect when a home does not meet habitability requirements.

Communication from the agency has been dismissive, slow, and lacking urgency, despite the family’s vulnerable situation and the serious risks posed by living without heating or power. Instead of prioritising tenant safety, the process has been confusing, stressful, and unnecessarily drawn out.

To be clear:
I am not accusing JNP High Wycombe of criminal activity.
I am stating the facts of what has occurred and expressing legitimate concerns about how this situation has been handled.

These events raise serious questions about:
• tenant safety practices
• duty of care
• compliance with basic housing standards
• communication and fairness to renters
• whether procedures are being followed correctly

This review is written to warn others: exercise extreme caution before renting through JNP High Wycombe.
Evidence of this situation is being documented and given to the appropriate legal professionals so the proper channels can address it.

I strongly encourage potential tenants to check additional Google Reviews, as similar concerns have been raised by others.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend JNP High Wycombe.

I never realised that selling a house could be so stressful. Having said that JNP were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Professional, caring, supportive and constantly keeping in touch with me. I had a wonderful experience with Phil from JNP estate agents in hazalmere He showed me several properties and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout. What really impressed me was that he went out of his way to arrange and show me another property that I hadn’t even booked an appointment for — all to make sure I had the best options to consider. His extra effort and genuine care made the whole process much more enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a property.

Fantastic experience, we are so glad we chose JNP to sell our home! Right from the initial valuation, through to completion, the entire team were professional, accommodating to our needs and very understanding. Mitchell was the most professional agent when we were guaging initial valuations, while Mat provided us with excellent quality photos. I arranged to view Regent House, HP11 with Natalie Procter at your High Wycombe branch on Tuesday 29th July 2025 following an extensive search for a great rental property.

I explained to Natalie that I have lived in my current rental property for 12 years and I had not so good experiences over the time with estate agencies in my search to move out of London. I explained that I had turned up to viewings when several offers were already on the table basically wasting my time doing a viewing. She actually agreed with me and explained this is not how JNP worked which was a relief to hear and she confirmed she would call me if ANY offers were put forward as I did not want to waste my time travelling from East London to High Wycombe on a Saturday morning for a wasted journey.

I casually rung up today (Friday 01st August 2025) to enquire about the property and was told that they had already had 3 offers which had been forwarded onto the landlord.

WHY DO YOU WASTE PEOPLES TIME WHO ARE LOOKING INNOCENTLY, FINDING A PROPERTY BUT YOU WOULD LET ME WASTE TIME GOING TO VIEW A PROPERTY THAT IS ALREADY UNDER OFFER WITHOUT YOU CONTACTING ME TO SIMPLY UPDATE ME ?

Lloyd the lettings manager has just contacting me with dare I say a very blasé tone of the matter.

I firmly believe you need to look at your internal processes and if a member of staff promises they would do something ie communicate that they actually do so.

Janet was a joy to work with throughout the sale of our home. She maintained close and effective communication with our buyer and made sure we were kept informed at every step. Selling a house can be stressful, but Janet’s calm, proactive approach gave us a lot of reassurance during key moments. She handled everything with professionalism and warmth - and we’re very grateful for her support.

Lindsay is, as always, so incredibly helpful and professional. Any problem that I encounter is dealt with in a speedy and efficient manner. Cannot thank her enough.

JNP Estate Agents were fantastic is selling our property. We had a unique two bed cluster house, which was always going to be a difficult sale, we had 50+ viewings over the winter but every week JNP managed to find more customers to come and view. Always on time very smart and always always gave feedback on the property viewings. The whole of the sales team were top notch, Mitch, Naz, Caroline & Nathan really helped get clients through our door.

Martin I felt was the gem in the business, helpful & honest, we felt he understood our circumstances and really tried to support us. I ended up speaking Martin almost every day for 2 months & he was very cheerful & positive every time we did, which really went a long way for us especially after the 30th viewing in winter.

Lisa in the sale progression team, was also super helpful & really nice. She met our ambitious expectations of a quick sale to avoid the stamp duty increase. She managed to do it with a week spare!

All round a great estate agents, great photos, easy to contact. We will be selling with them again (just not for a while hopefully!)
