The web site was very clear to understand with the detailed description of goods. I ordered over the bank holiday weekend so didn’t expect immediate progress with the order. Once the bank holiday was over my order was completed asap. I would use this company again as they have an excellent selection of curtain accessories. I made a mistake in my order and contacted JDs and they were very helpful, adding my second order to the first, and because I had paid for postage on the 2nd order they worked it out and put some thread in my order to make up the difference.
