was decided for safety reasons that the Bathroom should be rep[aced by a Wetroom. We selected John Ford .They were highly professional from day one. where details of the work to be done was discussed. Their Craftsman Bob , made sure that facilities werre readily available and cleaned up at the end of each day.we now have a beautiful Wetroom. and we are happy to reccommend this Company for any kind of work to be done. My family and I would like to express our thanks to everyone at John Ford Group involved in our recent bathroom adaptation. The job was completed ahead of schedule to a very high standard. The attention to detail was spot on. They even suggested changes to the OT's plan granting my disabled son greater access to the shower room while increasing his independence and safety.

I'd like to thank our fitter Neil in particular, who throughout the job was professional, courteous, and tidy. Most importantly he managed to build an excellent rapport very quickly with both of my sons, something that is not easily achieved as they as very cautious of new people. They loved having him here and would both get overly excited when he arrived. Although I'm sure he had other things on his mind regarding the job, he always made time to laugh and joke with them and answer all their questions.

He represented the company admirably and it was a pleasure to have him here.

I would absolutely recommend John Ford Group to anyone looking to have work carried out on their property.

I recently had an adaption to my bathroom making it safe & accessible... the fitter Marcus was very friendly, polite, approachable to ask any questions or concerns.. also Gary,Rod,Tim & Harry who attended to do certain jobs throughout the time the adaption took place, all a very nice bunch of workers! & the outcome is absolutely fantastic.. Thankyou.
