Absolute rubbish cant hold bracket open long enough to attach charm an absolutely no instructions, I cannot attach charms i will ask at your nomination shop hopefully they will help

This tool does not help me to change the charms Ideally I think it should e metal and possibly have a smaller tool to help or instructions on how to add the charms.
