I love this Team! John Maxwell has been and continues to be the biggest influence in my life. To have the opportunity to be mentored by him, be around a community of 17,000 like-minded members in 150 countries is heaven on Earth! The faculty are are the highest caliber. There has never been a call where I have not received an AHA moment...there are 7 years of live/recorded calls on the online university! The Team IMC events are my #1 personal growth events to attend because of the impact they have on my life and business.

The team has been a tremendous leadership, personal growth and business boost for me. They understand how to integrate individuals (from diverse countries) quickly and make them feel part of the family. Their daily actions (online and onsite) reflect high leadership which is a daily reminder and model for my own growth in diverse areas. Best Decision Ever!!!
Joining the John Maxwell Team and taking the training courses for certification was the best decision I ever made. The training is comprehensive and the Mentorship option provides a follow along for specific situations and conditions that come up. Each of the faculty spends time mentoring and assisting the members so that they bring the best value to their clients. And this is not some stagnant body of work; additions are made and opportunities for success are multiplied! I couldn't have asked for anything better.

I do recommend this company to the people I encounter. I loved that Seth Godin came to the live event. I would like to see people like that come to more events-Craig Groeshel would be awesome. Paul Lencioini Andy Stanley. I did not come to the live event this time because I was not interested in Paul Scheele.

I had joined the John Maxwell Team (JMT) 5 years ago. It is an honor and privilege to be a Certified Coach of this esteemed organization at a fraction of the cost of what other people have paid to other organisations. The value that I received cannot be accounted in $$$ terms. In one word "Invaluable" Also, being in the mentorship program of JMT is second to none. $1,000 for a Mentorship is ridiculous. It is like a 'Steal". I get access to the best content and world class Faculties including John himself. My life has changed dramatically in the last 5 years. Mentorship has its privilege. I was fortunate to travel with John on a Transformation Mission to Guatemala and Paraguay on a special invitation by the Presidents of those countries, where in I along with 200 other coaches trained over 40,000 people. At JMT, we not only learn the Leadership and Communication skills but also learn to be a REAL person.
