I have read and utilised John's books and teachings for the majority of my 25 year executive career. Recently I became a member of the John Maxwell Team and I can honestly say that this has been the most personally rewarding accreditation I have received in all my time in business. The event management was first class, and I felt valued and appreciated in the process. The daily words of encouragement from John are incredible to keeping me focussed, and the teaching tools are great. I highly recommend this program.

I would like a to possibly see a new members coach assigned to new people when they join in order to help them with acclimating themselves to JMT. My coordinator was awesome at getting me signed up and offering a deal for me, but after that I really had very little contact with anyone. Life is busy and can be very overwhelming at times. Getting on the ceritification calls can be a task when we have so many people living in different time zones. How can we assign & certify people who are in those different parts of the country to do a call in that region for example “Hawaii”. In order to get on a live call, I have to get up at 3am or 4 am to be able to make that happen.

Excellent group of professionals

The John Maxwell Team is a truly professional group of talented, caring people dedicated to help others find and improve their leadership abilities. The live certification event was the single best professional meeting I've ever attended, and I've attended many. Without a doubt, this is an excellent organization, superlative on every level.

Signing up to be a member of the JMT has completed transformed my life. We have so much valuable content right at our finger tips, it can be a bit over whelming at times. The John Maxwell Team is more then a membership, its a culture. A culture to have the tools to constantly developing yourself.

Personally I would have preferred some further in depth teachings as we are now JMT certified - I think we only touched tip of the iceberg as it pertains to becoming an actual coach , and the conference was Was mainly a sales pitch for mentorship. While the conference may have had great content, I do not believe that the manner in which this was done would qualify any first time attendee to be certified as a coach.

Joining The John Maxwell Team is life changing. New value is constantly being added to members. Whether you want to go into "the business" or you want to use the training in your current business, you will not be disappointed.

I had a wonderful time. I’ll be back again in February. So glad I attended the August meeting.

Over all this team has been exceptional in delivering great product and providing good experiences. I don't know if others feel this way too but sometimes I get so overwhelmed by the information possibilities that instead of diving in I put off going there. I want to do it all and sometimes don't know what to focus on next. That might be just my issue and not a reflection on JMT. My life has changed dramatically for the good because of this team!

The JMT is a very special and unique team of people with a great heart to help and inspire other. The content massive and very easy to use online. Keep up the good works

One of the best business and personal decisions I’ve ever made! The ability to personally grow and to lead others while teaching the overall importance of solid personal growth and leadership is like nothing I’ve ever encountered. The John Maxwell Team does an excellent job with providing resources as well as the knowledge to use the resources with both written and spoken mentorship. All while encouraging each team member to develop their own business in their own direction.
