My experience as part of the John Maxwell Team (JMT) has truly been nothing short of mind-boggling. In a societal environment that is sometimes suspect and selfishness abounding, JMT led by Paul Martinelli, John Maxwell, and the other leadership has unselfishly added value beyond measure. My personal growth alone has been worth more than 10X the investment I have made the past 30 months. On top of that, I am each and every day, finding my 'Sweet Spot' as I add value to others across the nation and globally. I've learned in life that some things are so exceptional that mere words can't do them justice -- you have to experience it yourself to truly understand how sweet it is. The JMT experience is in that category. Your life will never be the same, BUT it will be better!!!!!!

The JMT experience has been the best investment of my personal and professional life. The caliper of learning, resources, and access to extraordinary thought leaders has been amazing. With any training program, you have to evaluate it in terms of return on investment. I have been a team member since June 2012 and the opportunities never seem to disappoint. The leadership is constantly attempting to add values to all team members regardless of their level of membership. John Maxwell's own engagement with the team is clear and sincere with live calls, always personally appears at the live trainings, and encourages a culture where team members know they matter.

I am not the same person I was yesterday and look forward to the person I will be tomorrow. John C Maxwell has been sharpening me and shaping me for well over 20 years. When the opportunity to join his team was presented, I thought it was a SCAM! After 48hours or wrestling with my fear, conscious, and doubt, I leaned in. Since enrolling, my life has changed for the better both professionally and personally. For me, it wasn't about the content - I had plenty of that prior to joining. Wow, wow, wow! I can't begin to share just how much my investment into the JMT has blessed my life, my family's life, and my clients lives. Specifically, one of my coaching clients has tripled their business ROI. Personally, I have had a revitalization in my own life and business. At 67 years of age, I could have easily thrown in the towel. My mindset was shifted after a personal coaching from John Maxwell. I will forever be changed because of that two-minute conversation. Additionally, the teaching team is fantastic. Their willingness to share their knowledge and mentor the team is over the top. John Maxwell Team is a great community, however it works best if you are in a USA time Zone. Being out that time zone makes it difficult to participate in real time.

I joined JMT after having been a reader of John's books for most of my business career. Since joining JMT my knowledge of leadership in a practical sense has exponentially expanded. I have been able to better prepare teams to be more synergisitic and productive.

The John Maxwell team has changed my life immensely. After joining in November 2012, I began navigating through the online university and found it overwhelming, and exhilarating at the same time. I found other people's success to be mostly discouraging, but I knew I landed on something good for me because of what I knew about John Maxwell's reputation as a man of faith who is a leader of leaders. I knew I wanted to learn from what he had to offer. The learning curve was more than huge for me, but I did not want to give up. I am working with a few organizations today and some individual clients, and I am so, so grateful to God for this experience. I am even going to Paraguay this Sept and can hardly believe it. Yesterday when I was on an exhilarating and exhausting bike ride with my husband, I found myself feeling overwhelmed at the thought of being a part of round table discussions with John and the team. I have been part of other organizations that promised their conferences would be life changing, and none of them were. I can honestly say after 4 plus years on the team, that this team continues to be life-changing for me. My belief in myself has increased like never before.
