I really like the John Madeira story


I really like the John Madeira story and my wife loves it. However, when I place an order online, I receive an email that says I've left something in my shopping cart. Even now I paid for it and it said it was going to be shipped. This causes problems. Perhaps you can fix it.

Excellent customer service

I ordered 5 items online. CS representative called to inform me that one of the items was not available and asked if it would be okay to ship the other 4 items ahead of the 5. Normally I would have just received an email saying this was going to happen. Love that they value their customers.

The Earrings I purchased are very special
 They arrived very promptly and were boxed carefully.
In fact the presentation was what I might expect for a far more expensive purchase.That special touch is so welcome these days. I will happily recommend you to all my friends and family

Ordered a bracelet and received an


Ordered a bracelet and received an email saying the order was not completed. So I reordered. I then was notified I had two orders.

Called customer service and had to leave a message. They did return my call the next day when I explained the error I was told there was only one order out there after further conversation and my providing the second order number they did manage to find the duplicate. I asked to have that order canceled and was told it was too late already shipped And I would have to wait until I received it and then return it so now I am on the hook for shipping return shipping and their 10% restocking fee, which is Ludacris.

So far customer service has not been helpful or friendly or courteous.

The new beaded collection

Ordered a new beaded bracelet recently and absolutely love it. Have many pieces of medeiros jewelry and have always been very happy with the designs. Customer service has also been very attentive and helpful in the past. Definitely recommend this jewelry to friends and family

Outstanding Hand-Made jewelry
I have purchased many, many exceptional pieces from this company and am thrilled with every piece I own.
They are just Beautiful and so well made. Stand the test of time. I shall be purchasing many more pieces.
The staff are outstanding also. Very helpful and courteous.
