So pleased that John was recommended to me. He was punctual, pleasant, Covid aware and most efficient. His prices were reasonable and he will certainly be my `first port of call` if I need plumbing or heating services in the future.

Had an issue with my boiler lost all power, no heating or hot water and had 4 young children at home, rang John and he talked me through it all and instead of making money on me which quite a few tradesmen would these days he helped me without charge! John was a very knowledgeable engineer who answered my question happily, taking the time to explain anything I was unsure of.

John is a very polite and friendly engineer. He was thorough in his work and carried out a number of necessary checks in a most efficient manner. There was no hesitation in explaining things I queried or just did not understand. This was definitely a first class experience.

John recently completed a complex plumbing job at my home which included the installation of sub floor piping to facilitate the moving of the meter for the mains gas company. John surveyed the job prior to its undertaking and provided a professional opinion on what would be the best course of action. John returned and completed the job to an extremely high standard which was later commissioned by the gas company without fault. Throughout the job John kept me informed and completed it to complete satisfaction. I cannot recommend John's work highly enough. Many thanks .
