It is an absolute joke. I oversee more than 350 properties and decided to give them a shot. It was absolutely terrible and within 30 days I canceled. I have so many upset tenants with me because the on boarding process was such a joke and communication was terrible. They still call me this day asking me to reconsider joining. In fact today, I received a phone call from a Julian. When I told Julian that this is the fifth time I have requested, they stop calling me, but I will be pressing charges if they don’t stop, he told me to shut up and hung up on me.

i highly recommend beagle for pm to anyone renting. it is affordable, dependable and provides genuine peace of mind.

We recently received a call from a representative at JoinBeagle regarding their renters insurance compliance service, and the experience was unprofessional from start to finish.

The caller asked to speak with our Property Manager and would not provide any information about the purpose of the call, despite being asked multiple times. He insisted that she needed to call him back, rather than allowing anyone else to assist or explaining the reason for the call.

He repeatedly stated that it was “not a sales call” and that their services are free, but ultimately confirmed it was related to their business. The approach felt misleading and unnecessarily evasive.

After I explained that we work through a property management company and cannot engage with vendors or services that have not been vetted through their process, he continued to push for information and attempted to work around that policy.

Additionally, once he learned I was an Assistant Manager, he stated multiple times that I should have led with that, implying that speaking with someone in another role was not worth his time.

Overall, the interaction was overly aggressive, dismissive, and not respectful of standard business practices or boundaries. Based on this experience, I would not recommend engaging with this company.

Simple and actually works. We've tried a few tools in this space the overpromised and underdelivered so I came in with low expectations. Those expectations were wrong. It fits into how we already work without needing us to change everything around it.

Our team lives inside AppFolio all day, so we didn't want another thing to babysit. Once our Beagle account was set up, there really wasn't much daily work. It tracks expirations and updates automatically, which freed up my leasing staff to focus on actually filling units.
