Great Support System!
I love the personal care I receive from my doctor and coach. They’ve been amazing through the entire process and the app has been super helpful. I’ve lost 25 pounds and currently at my maintenance weight. I would encourage anyone who has struggled to lose weight and keep it off to give Found a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Compassionate and Kind Care

Charged several times, received one shipment, spent two months trying to cancel
I got one shipment of medication from Found. After that, nothing showed up (unless you schedule a follow-up), but they kept charging me.
I first asked to cancel on January 17. Their bot said someone would get back to me in 48 hours. It took almost a month. When an agent finally replied, she said I was outside the refund window because I didn't cancel within three days of signing up. But I wasn't trying to undo my original order. I was trying to stop getting charged for things that weren't being shipped to me.
I kept writing in. Every time, a new person apologized, said they were escalating it, and then went quiet. One agent blamed me for not responding to a refill reminder, even though I had already been asking to cancel for weeks. Another told me renewals are non-refundable and I should have paused 48 hours before the charge.
The whole thing took over two months. I still don't have a refund. Signing up was easy. Getting out was a nightmare.
All I was asking for is a refund for the shipments I paid for but never received. If someone from Found wants to make this right, I’m happy to hear from you.

A new found hope
Let me begin by saying this isn’t a paid review, I’m doing this because I feel this review might help a lost soul. Someone like me who’s struggling and feels stuck. When I first joined Found, I admit, I was very skeptical. I wasn’t sure if I was being scammed and immediately went into panic mode. Once I joined the community of other members and talked to them about their success, I started to relax. When I had my first visit, my fears were put to rest. My coach was phenomenal. He helped set goals for my weight loss journey and made me feel so motivated. My doctor, well, I can’t even say enough good things about my doctor, he is the absolute best. I know some people are hesitant about online healthcare, but this has been a game changer for me. The online appointments are perfect for my schedule and take as long as needed based on your level of concern. Medication can be delivered or called into your local pharmacy. The care is superb. I have lost approximately 25 pounds now and it hasn’t been with fad diets or unhealthy methods. It’s been slow, steady supervised progress by truly caring medical professionals that put my health first. There are group challenges that you can join to keep you motivated, different communities that you can join based on your interests, people that can help you through your journey. It’s about staying motivated and having the opportunity to get through the rough days and celebrate the big days. It’s a safe space and it’s been such an amazing experience. I would highly recommend Found. I just renewed my subscription and look forward to another year with them. Best wishes and I hope this review helps someone like me, who just needed direction, reassurance, and a leap of faith.

Personalized experience with Found clinician
I had a great video visit with my Found clinician. I was hesitant to get started but felt well supported as the clinician listened to my questions and concerns. I’ve enjoyed exploring the app and community as tools to support my program.

Do not recommend
I signed up because they accepted my insurance for the video visits which are not included in the medication plan cost and I wanted the costs to be applied to my deductible and OOP max. Suddenly, after a couple of months of the service, they no longer accept my insurance. This is a decision on their side. I verified with my insurance company that there were no changes to my plan, benefits, or coverage on my side - which wouldn’t be possible given that we are in the middle of a plan year - and the provider is still listed as active in their network. While very greedy, Aetna does not make such retroactive plan changes in normal circumstances. I had prepaid for a full year of medication before their rug pull and now I'm left to find another option.

SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
SCAM. Wish I read these reviews first. I could copy and paste from the other reviews because everyone has a similar story. Paying, being auto-charged, not receiving meds, no customer service, delay tactics. The non-reply replies! They have mastered that! I’m waiting on a refund. At this point I want a refund. And they are not replying. This company is strategically STEALING MONEY from people. Do not use this company. Read the reviews. They need to be OUT OF BUSINESS. It’s a scam. I never do reviews but I have to as they have straight up stolen from me and they need to set it right.

Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience. I signed up with this company and they immediately took $588 from my funds. I then had my scheduled call with the doctor — we spoke for over 30 minutes. Despite this, they later charged me an additional $30 “no-show” fee, which makes absolutely no sense since I was clearly present and completed the appointment.
I have now spent over a month fighting with them for a full refund. They are only agreeing to refund $349, even though no actual service was rendered. That means they kept a large portion of my money for nothing.
There are many hidden fees, misleading billing practices, and extremely poor customer service. Do not trust this company.
As of today, I still have not received my refund.

Scam subscription service
I paid for the quarterly subscription but did not want to be automatically charged so I tried to cancel the auto renew. This caused my membership to become inactive despite paying for several months in advance. I tried contacting support and support did not respond for weeks, and are now refusing to give a refund.

Poor customer Service
I would not recommend this company to anyone. They continued to charge my account even after I canceled my membership. On top of that, the fees are inconsistent, and there is no clear or concise explanation for why the charges vary. The lack of transparency and poor billing practices are very disappointing.

I cannot get a response from the…
I cannot get a response from the Support team to resolve the on-going issues. The doctor was very quick to respond, but the support team is a joke. It has been a month and am unable to move forward with any processes due to the lack of response. This is an employer offered benefit, and they are making a very bad example.

Don’t fall for this scam
The website has you sign up without a consult or explaining the cost of medication and cost of having a consult with the doctor.
I signed up based an influencer raving about the site. I signed up and paid the fee “that includes” medication. After speaking to the doctor he kept telling me the better medication was on a higher cost and that the other might not be effective. I ended up not moving forward with medication since it’s expensive just to end up with “not as effective medication”. I paid $280 for the consult and then they refused to refund the amount paid up front that covered “the medication” that I was never given.
