Encore une entreprise qui ne respect pas la loi châtel ! J'ai fait une demande de remboursement car je ne voulais pas me réengager et ils m'ont débité sans me prévenir que j'allais être réengager ! J'ai fait plusieurs réclamation, d'abord on m'a répondu de résilier en ligne, ce que j'ai fait mais j'ai pu résilier pour ne pas être réengagé l'année suivante. Suite à ma réclamation en leur stipulant leurs obligations de respecter la loi chatel, ils m'ont dit qu'ils allaient étudier cette loi qui oblige le vendeur à prévenir le consommateur qu'il va être réengager et depuis plus de nouvelles malgré de nombreuses relances depuis plus de 2 mois.

Ils ont compris que je n'allais pas entamer des procédures judiciaires... Je me suis fait débité 180 € pour rien ! Bravo l'arnaque

Secret is like my secret savings tool! I have used it save almost 5x what the membership cost, and I just started. The process is super simple, and the deals are worthwhile.

Our company felt like some of the deals being offered did not provide the value originally stated. It is an expensive platform, Appsumo carries a lot of the same deals at a much lower cost. The customer support took forever and would respond once every day and a half.

Quite expensive for the little selection of deals. Would not buy the 1-year subscription again. The deals available get worse and worse. Actually a good idea but not worth the money at this point of time (May 2023).

I purchased a $199 package on November 21, 2022, but I requested a refund because I did not use their services and I knew their 100% return policy.

Since then they are not sending my refund and they are sending me a fake Stripe return receipt, I asked my bank, I asked for stripe and no refund was passed.

Never choose this company, they never give refunds.
