Jokabet Casino レビュー

I opened my account with my uk address deposited over 40 thousand on my bank card registered to my uk address and withdrew 20 thousand to my uk bank card, I did not do any kyc or source of funds and joka bet are not meant to let uk people deposit, I send email to them to say I this i was offered £1000 I rejected then £1500 I also rejected it then I was offered £3000 goodwill payment i accepted the goodwill £3000 offer and then explained to them I have no bank after trying to open various different bank accounts but I couldn’t get one I then went on live chat with them and explained this. I asked if I could have the payment into my partners bank account who lives and is registered to the same address as myself and told them she has valid photo id and valid proof of address i sent all of this via email , had no response from them so went on live chat again and was told cant use partners bank account, I then went bk on chat again next day explained i dont have bank cant get one was told they can only send to a bank in my name , this is impossible as I don’t have a bank and cant get one, im really disappointed in the service spent hours on live the stress and the impact on my mental health has caused me to have depression and have to get a sick note and medication for the depression. Im sick of sitting on live chat getting no where and no alternative pay out method offer by joka bet

To scam credited my account 25 to get my free spin on fs win and won 15 free spins won a few quid ... then changed game and won 2685 for them to turn around and log me out and when I logged in they had taken my winnings and cash back ..... total scam do not use

Not bad! I've had a couple of nice wins that were paid out quickly! Between £500 and £700, But feel that when you have won and withdrawn, you don't seem to win again for a while, almost like you have to pay them back for the winnings. There has been a couple of occasions when I've won when using bonus money and the balance, drops from e.g £75 down to £0.49 on a 50p spin on 1 spin. I had spoken to customer service and apparently couldn't find that. They did offer my some free spins (20) as a gesture. The gameplay and games are good! Not a bad all round experience!

I love this site I’ve been playing for years now and I’m in the vip club

The best way

I have been playing at jokabet for a few years now and I only have one complaint, The only negative feedback I have about the site is the amount you can withdraw at a time or within in a week, my level allows me to withdraw 3k per day tho 9k per week and 20k per month, it’s a bit of a flawed system! if they change the amount on withdrawal to a higher acceptable amount then I’d rate it 10 stars. Because when I win good I want to lift it out before I spin it all away again, which has happened so many times because I can’t withdraw enough. I’ve seen all these other people writing about the problems they have received tho for me it is the complete opposite, I have won substantial amounts of money on very small bets for instance I won 19k on a £2.40p bet and have had a lot around 10k with bets between £1-£5.

They can't improve they are scamming vulnerable people it's not fair they've taken 100 of pounds from me, I even won 138 pound but they said I was lying and don't give out 3 spins at 50p a spin and I had four bass come down on big bass splash and it froze and they never done anything about it, wat can I do to get my money bk they've scammed me for, for at least a year and a half now. I'm gonna call my bank tomorrow. They don't have a customer service number nor do they have wat u have deposited, I was even rang and told if I give a good review they will give me free bonus spins, surely these reviews are looked at by the gambling commission, they should be ashamed of there selfs.

Not bad, its very similar to othersbcaasinos

This casino is connected with memo casino. They played games with me when trying to withdraw , ignored emails, pretending to send money, I ended up in hospital. I tried to take my own life. I have tried to communicate with them through my legal team but they ignore the subject in the email iif they reply. Memo casino asked for photos of 2 different bank account cards both sides. Which is highly suspicious. My legal team have lots of evidence against them and are now going to take them to court . I will keep this review open as more to come

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter im Live Chat helfen immer weiter

The review that a Michelle Garner has posted and excally what she has said they have just done to me. After 2 long chats on the forum they are stalling to send my withdrawal of 110 pounds & I've just gone into my account and they have blocked me... PLEASE DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT JOIN THIS SITE... THEY R BLOODY LIARS AND THEIFS. DO NOT READ ALL OF THE FAKE REVIEWS SAYING THEY ARE R WONDERFUL AND FAST WITHDRAWALS. On the site last night it said i will have it in 6 hours and then 7 hours went by and no money so i went in to check and to my horror it said 3 to 7 business days so i message them again and got a woman called Irene that was reassuring me that i will get it and that she had spoken to the with draw team asking them to do my quickly and then I've just gone into my account and it's been disabled so I messaged them again and could not get passed the stupid robot. I'm going to take this further and further and further I'm absolutely raging

Claim that Uk players are accepted however terms and conditions state that players from the uk cannot deposit or play real money games. They had no problem taking all my payments. I have a gambling problem, and have been registered with gamstop for 3 years. After a mental break I had my support worker contact with my permission to explain the situation. Very unhelpful. Illegally taking money from vulnerable customers and where card payments are made using incorrect merchant codes to avoid being recognised by financial institutions. As I also had a gambling block on my bank account they are now looking into the transactions made. Still receiving emails and texts despite my account being closed. Stay away from Jokabet they do not care for customers

Deposited 100 into account only for my account to get blocked now there saying I asked for it to be blocked I've not even used 1 spin out of the 100 I deposited so why would I ask for my account to be blocked

Scam. Didn't pay out

This is a Sister Company to Memo Casino. They are both Scam Sites. They have other Sister Sites. So be Careful. If the Casino Operates in Curacao then stay well Clear. They are all Scam Sites from Curacao.

Ist ganz nice
