MISSING PACKAGE
i ordered some items waited for the delivery they have not appeareed since July 5th 2026. I contacted themm they said the items have been delivered but they havent, not to me, instead the courier left them at a drop box without my knowledge or consent and never told me nor have i received a QR code to collect them from wherever they are. This is not legal under UKLaw yet i am struggling to get a refund.I have been speaking to the customer support team and got nowhere. 2 packages have gone missing,one is in a parcel drop in was not told about and the other is still at the EVRI depot since 14/7 still on hold never attempted a delivery and now saying it it is delayed until the 27/7 and there is no way to speak to them except through an AI BOT
