Fabulous experience from initial ordering to receipt of goods!
The dress and jacket are absolutely stunning!
This is my third order from Jolie Moi and won’t be the last!

Absolutely love this company! I've ordered three maxi dresses from them now and they have exceeded my expectations. Brilliant material quality and great customer service!

The dress is beautiful an arrived well within the estimated delivery date.
I was really pleased with quality of the dress and the sale price.

Ordered 2 lovely dresses from Jolie Moi, unfortunately, I have to return them and what a mither trying to return items, firstly I had to email Jolie Moi to inform them of my intentions, not sure if I have to wait for a reply, when I take the goods to the post office, I have to make sure they are sent by 2nd class royal mail and that they are to be signed for, which I have to take a photo of, and I also have to get a receipt as further proof and then I have to email Jolie Moi pictures of proof. Sorry but I do not think that I will be ordering from you again.

Lovely clothes and speedy delivery, I can't fault them!

Ordered dresses and we received what looks like slight seconds, one of which looked like it had been dragged across the floor. Only to be greeted with an angry aggressive email... Not how you treat customers APPALLING!!!

Ordered bridesmaids dresses - they came to me dirty, snagged, and weathered.

Their phone lines do not get answered.

I contacted them via email.
they gave me no explanation as to why of earth they have been sent to me in the state that they had.
They simply gave me a free returns for a refund .

I returned the dresses.
I ordered some more in the mean time.

They arrived, one with a snag in and and biro pen on them - AGAIN!
I am beyond upset and dissapointed on a company that claim to sell quality bridesmaids dresses.
I contacted them again, asking for a manager to phone me.
This did not happen - just another simple email back telling me I could return free for a refund and that the dresses had been checked - Clearly the person checking these dresses has no attention to detail.

I asked for a phone call again, and their response was extremely rude and personal stating that no one is perfect not even me or the dresses ! - I never insinuated I was perfect. So, they said it themselves- none of the dresses in that style and colour were perfect. Why send them out?

They called me a bully and to speak to their solicitor .
I have all emails to back I everything I am saying .

I am so far nearly 8 quid down for the delivery of these faulty dresses at my expense - and I still have no explanation or bridesmaid dresses.
It is absolutely disgusting.

If anyone would like proof of what I am saying- please message me privately and I shall provide you ith proof and pictures of the dresses I have been sent .

I am beginning to think that these dresses are all slight second and that they cant even stick to their strict return policy. Had they adhered to it - NEVER would anyone receive a dress like I have.
Just to give you the amount that has been faulty -
I have ordered 6 bridesmaids dresses.. 1 out of the whole lot was okay which unfortunately was too big for my bridesmaid.

This company clearly do not care for their customers.
I have been so upset & stressed over what should have been a straight forward and pleasant experience. The last thing you think of when purchasing off a bridesmaid company is damage to the dresses!

I have my heart set on these dresses - I really have no words.😭

Update: I found some more dresses from another company, which were fantastic and I am thrilled. They were as you would expect and as described- brand new. 😁

All 3 dresses are beautiful and fit perfectly. I am delighted that I followed the advice given and ordered a size bigger than my normal size. So pleased with my purchases which arrived promptly

I ordered 4 items and I am keeping them all. The quality of the material, the fit of them are fantastic. I ordered size 8 for dresses and size 10 for jumpsuit. Can’t wait to wear them.

The service was excellent.
The dresses and jumpsuits were much better than I had expected.
I shall certainly be buying Jolie Moi in the future.

Love this dress. It’s quite heavy due to the lace top, very good quality. Looks stunning on. Size true to fit. Cannot wait to wear it.
Delivery to Spain about 10 days, so good, if a little pricey

Delighted with the style cut, fabric designs and fibre content of the 3 dresses I have purchased in the last few months. The fit of each dress is perfect and true to size. Jolie Moi was a fab find for me. Will be ordering again very soon.

First time I’ve ordered with Jolie Moi and I must say I’m pretty pleased with them. Didn’t have to wait for my dress to arrive. I love the stretch of the fabrics and it fits nicely.

Really nice collection of stretchy vintage style dresses, website easy to use, dress arrived quickly and is comfortable and looks nice.
