Same experience as others: month after month the production is delayed, the company never shows nor ship anything, but keep continue to take pre-orders.
It has all characteristics of a scam that last for years. I strongly advise not to buy anything from them till they have proven to be a legitimate and reliable company, which can't be farther than their current situation.

Jollylook have a long history of failing to deliver products after taking pre-orders. Unfortunately, I did not know then when I ordered an Instax back for my Bronica ETRS. I ordered in June, 2025 with an "estimated delivery date" of September. Each month, the estimate got pushed forward. Now, at the end of June, 2026, their website still claims an April/May delivery date. They do not offer refunds on preorders even when they do not deliver a product. 100% scam.

Company claimed to develop Instax-Backs for classic film cameras. Showed what looked like a working prototype across social media platforms. That was Juli 2025, it is now April 2026 and none of the people that fell for it have recieved anything. For quite a while, until ~November, there where E-Mail Updates why there are delays. Since January, they just shift the "probably shipping by" date on their website back by a month every month without further announcement. Asked for refund in February, was told it was processed, asked again, they blamed some payment processor. I doubt I'll see my money again. If this isn't a scam it's laughably mismanaged.
