I purchased two cowboy bracelets for my last rodeo hen. These were for me and my best friend and were the most beautiful gift.

Excellent customer service! I had a slight problem with a bracelet that I received as a gift, Joma resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. I would have no hesitation in recommending them!

I spent 28 euro on a bracelet, ~Christmas present. 16 days after Christmas disc fell off the bracelet. I didn't keep receipt. IMO jewellery not well made. I will not buy joma again

Such a beautiful, meaningful bracelet. The personalisation with initials and birthstones makes it extra special, and the quality is lovely for everyday wear. Perfect as a gift or a keepsake — I absolutely love it.

Ordered identical bracelets with an initial on each one for grandchildren. Order came and didn't check each one.till now and find out my order is wrong. Customer service wants proof of what items are wrong when I send the incorrect ones back. But the ones Ive not received are out of stock. Can’t take photos of my order because they've been posted.please don't let this happen to you, check your order.

I ordered 2 design your own charm bracelets for Christmas gifts and kept the free gift for myself. At checkout I reluctantly selected gift bags and tag for a small fee, and I actually can't believe how beautiful the box was on opening! Two personalised gift bags with bow and shiny gift card, with the correct bracelet in each bag (nice touch). And the "free" bracelet for myself was also in a gift bag. I was genuinely impressed how lovely everything was presented. Can't wait to gift them now!

Recieved a bracelet of my friend for my birthday last year and it was lovely lasted very well!!

Ordered a gift and was given a timeframe when it would be delivered and of course it hasn’t arrived in time, really disappointed. Would not recommend. Still no tracking update either.

I have always loved Joma Jewellery products as they are really lovely pieces at a good price. However, I am writing this review because the customer service I have just experienced from Mihaela was excellent. Royal Mail delivered a damaged, opened, empty box. I contacted Joma and Mihaela responded quickly and organised a replacement parcel swiftly.

Requested 4 personalised tags, received 1 and 3 empty bags. Paid for express delivery, got standard shipping. Contacted customer service, long wait for response. They said they’d new tags out standard shipping despite me requesting and paying for express. Received the order again with no personalised tags and 4 empty bags. Turned a lovely thoughtful gift into a stressful experience

I received a beautiful necklace for my birthday to honour my dog who sadly passed away. Unfortunately it has broken and was past the time to return or exchange. Understanding the circumstances, they allowed me to receive a new necklace without additional costs. This was great customer service and they were very apologetic and understanding. They responded quickly (via Instagram) and I am very happy with the service. I must say that this has not put me off ordering from them again. Their jewellery is great and customisable. 10/10!

I can't believe I paid £18.99 for this rubbish - it's like something out of a Christmas cracker . I would return it but I've since read all the reviews about the terrible customer service so I can't see me getting a refund. I'm embarrassed to give this to someone as a gift - the packaging is worth more than the item 🤦‍♀️
