Do not use this company.
Similar response given to other scammed customers.
Firstly claimed item had been delivered. When challenged stated it had been returned to them.
Then stated there was an address issue - and later claimed they couldn’t refund as item returned to warehouse. Only giving one star as there is no option to give a zero.
Their ads should be removed Facebook .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered earrings on 15th Jan 10 days delivery, arrived 24 days after order, which was too late for birthday present. I asked to return it as it was clearly their fault for not fulfilling the order in a reasonable time, no return label was given so I had to pay for the return postage.
They received the items and declined a refund as the tiny plastic bit on one of the earrings was missing!!!!! I hadnt even opened the earrings so clearly it was not there in the first place. So they refuse a refund of £19.99 because a part that costs 10p was apparently missing!

this company does this regularly, I wished I had checked reviews beforehand

this is a fraudulent company and I am taking legal action to get it shut down

Requested refund. Refund accepted. Although now they are saying they won't process the refund as they returned the item back after the 14 days even though their company is in France and it took longer for them to rexieve the item back due to this.

Refusing refund and now I have no item or money back and cost me £10 to return

So far I am only giving the product 1 star.

It is socks that are supposed to remove varicose veins etc.

1) They don't appear to know much about their product. They can't tell me whether wearing something I got from my foot therapist and covers a few inches of my foot will reduce the effectiveness of the product, They didn't answer my question at all. Perhaps they didn't understand my question. But still the socks should be able to help my other leg where the varicose veins are.

2) They haven't indicated how many hours a day one needs to wear the socks for them to be effective.

3) Or how many days before an effect comes.

4) I've been wearing mine for weeks without any effect.

5) They didn't indicate which side of the socks should face inwards. There is a side with some coloured spots which the photo of the socks seemed to indicate should face outwards. But when I asked them they stated that they did that because otherwise people would not be able to see the spots which are apparently acupressure spots and actually the spots should be inside. But when they sent me the socks nothing was stated which means that people not asking about which side to be inside would not know and automatically put on the socks with the spots outside like in the photo. And then they definitely would not have any effect. Why do people sell products without providing proper information?

If any effect does occur, I will edit this review.

I would ask Jomayli to kindly return my money. How can one sell products that do not work? That is deceit.

P.S. Jomayli has not answered my questions. When I write reviews here and ask questions the firms involved always reply here, but Jomayli has not. That is extremely unprofessional of them. They should get one star less, that is, 0 stars.

My questions are

1) Will the socks work if there is something covering a few inches of my foot, i.e. the thing I got from my foot therapist?
2) How many hours a day does one need to wear the socks for them to work?
3) How many days does one need in order for the socks to work?
There is still no effect on my varicose veins.

P.S 17/10--23. Still no effect on my varicose veins. And Jomayli has still not replied to my questions! That is extremely unprofessional of them

If you are thinking of purchasing these socks, I would advise you to ask Jomayli how many hours a day you should wear the socks and for how many, days/weeks/months/years"decades whatever.

Har netop modtaget strømper med dupper, som skulle modvirke dårligt blodomløb.
Det viste sig at være kinesisk fremstillede strømper af utrolig dårlig kvalitet, som på ingen måde svarede til reklamen og som ikke passer en fodstørrelse over 43.
Jeg bruger 45……
Køb aldrig disse strømper hos dem.

The materiel of those dogs gowns. Is really. Cheap and no good. And very expensive for what it is. I regret. To have bought it .. for 250€ ..!!
