I'm disapointed I had to give them a one star rating as the service provided doesn't even deserve that.
- very poor quality product
- unhelpful to the point of obstructive when I claimed a refund.
- return process designed to dissuede customer from returning goods.
- two months later still await a refund.
- DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolute con do not purchase from them! All returns to China and your own cost and good poor quality and sizing far too small!

My item was received after I left for my holiday and I couldn’t return the ‘rubbish’ clothing until after the 14 day return policy (which I was unaware of). I only ordered as I thought Jones London was the Jones shop that used to be in Colchester which sold high class goods. How wrong I was. I am still emailing them but don’t expect any luck. I will put a warning on Facebook.

It appears I am not the only one who has been conned. I requested a return address because the jacket wasn't as described. Nothing received. So I returned it recorded delivery to the returns address on the parcel and have been told that isn't the return address therefore no refund! Very poor products and service.

I would have given zero stars if it were possible. ‘Cashmere’ jumper arrived on time but is a very cheaply made synthetic fabric printed to look knitted. Absolute rubbish. Facebook continue to allow this and similar companies to advertise their products. So many scam companies out there often with sob stories about having to close down. They’re not based in the UK despite the names line ‘of London’. Buyer beware.

Item described as genuine leather (Lydia handbag), which is in fact PU/plastic - still being sold on their site as genuine leather approximately 5 minutes ago, when I checked. Company is in China - NOT London! Full refund received after escalating claim through PayPal, but they try every tactic beforehand to avoid paying this. Read their refund policy carefully, before buying - I didn't! I didn't do my research this time which I usually do, but luckily for me, PayPal came to the rescue - thank you PayPal!

Would have put zero if I could. Poor quality goods & do not represent the images on website. Web site full of inaccurate images, incorrect information e.g.customer service open 24/7 then says closed Sundays only open till 6 Monday to Friday only open till 5 Saturdays. No labels on garment no info about washing drying etc. returns policy make it unlikely you will send back costs more than garment.
Do not buy anything from this company. Not based in London goods made & sent from china. They should not be allowed to trade.

Scammers. I bought from their website thinking they were a London-based family business having a closing sale. They were showing 4.8 star trustpilot ratings. Now there's no mention of the closing sale, somehow they have a 1 star trust pilot rating, and I was sent some very low quality items that weren't as advertised. Shocking really. I can't return anything because the return is "at your own risk" and "might get held at customs in China". Don't waste your hard earned money.

Poor quality machine made handbag. Not handmade, not made in London. It will cost £20 to return.

A scam and they know it is a scam. Don't even bother entering into a civilized discussion with them. You've been scammed. Dreadful company. Please warn others and use more than just this site.

Following myvrevuew of 28th September, i was so incensed that I took matters further. I complained to Citizens Advice who kindly passed my complaint to Trading Standards. I complained to my bank, NatWest by completing an online form where i needed to confirm what action/steps I had taken, I confirmed the actions above and also my contact with the retailer, requesting a refund, which I was unsuccessful with. Yesterday I received a full refund!!!! Happy days, so complain to Jones-London, citizens advice and your bank! I feel victorious today!!

Total scam. Avoid at all costs. Bought a so-called high quality leather bag and it was plastic. Very poor quality lining. Having read the previous reviews, I won't bother with a return.
I discovered the advert on Facebook - interestingly, there's another company selling similar, if not identical items, under a different name, but stating that the family business is being closed down, just as Jones-London did.

Do not use this site. The company is based in China. The dresses I ordered at £30 each were shoddy and much too small, even tho I measured myself. The dresses have no fastenings and can't get them over my head. I wrote for returns info and was told they don't want them back but for another £30 they would send a bigger size. I declined and asked for a refund. They then said I could return them but it would cost another 30 in postage. Plus customs charges and they implied they would probably get lost in the post. This is not UK based. The clothes are rubbish and you won't get your money back

I would give them a zero rating. Item I bought was substandard and unable to get a refund.
