Hi Jocelyn, thank you. Package Protection covers your order against loss or damage in transit, so it always reaches you in good condition and well packaged. Jonny's Sister
Is it necessary to charge for this? It’s just light cardboard - but why not include it in the delivery cost.

Hi Elaine,
Thank you for your feedback. Package Protection is an optional add-on rather than part of standard delivery — it's there to cover your items against loss or damage in transit for peace of mind. We do appreciate you sharing your thoughts.
Kind regards
Paint on the red nose missing, cracks visible below the glaze. Returns process is convoluted. I have contacted the customer services department as advised to do (over a week ago) and have had no reply!!!

Mrs Jane Goodyear,
Thank you for your feedback — we’re sorry to hear you had trouble removing the package protection. It’s meant to be optional, so we’ll be reviewing this to make the checkout clearer moving forward.

I love these Tilly pigs. They are such good quality and with the variety of themes can be matched to lots of different age groups, genders and collectors. I bought a Wonder Woman, a Disney and a Disney princess version this time. Delivery was very quick, all in all a great service, thank you.

Erich,
Thanks so much for your lovely feedback! We’re really glad to hear your order arrived quickly and well-packaged — just how we like it

Packaging looked a little battered on arrival but contents had survived without any damage. I expected some kind of padding as the box was much bigger than the plaque and therefore there was plenty of room for the contents to move around and perhaps suffer damage as a result. We have now transferred it to a cardboard vinyl record packaging sleeve in order to transport it to the recipient - feels a bit more secure.

Mr Robert,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we really appreciate it. We're glad to hear the plaque arrived safely, though we're sorry the packaging didn’t feel as secure as it should have. Your suggestion is very helpful, and we’ve shared your comments with our packing team to review how we can improve this going forward.
We hope the recipient loves their gift — it sounds like it’s in very thoughtful hands!
