I needed a new will and to take out Financial and Welfare LPAs following the death of my wife. Sophie Costello at Jordans was recommended. All 3 documents were delivered promptly, efficiently and to time and budget. What made the difference was the engaging personality of Sophie. She combined detailed knowledge of the legal and financial aspects of these issues with a warmth and empathetic manner that ensured the sensitive aspects of these issues were fully but carefully explained. Many people are put off putting in place these vital documents because of the issues they cover. Don’t be! I have no hesitation in encouraging people to get on and do it and would recommend Sophie as an ideal Solicitor to reassure you and deliver the documents that suit your circumstances and needs.

Jordan's Solicitors, specifically Nicola Charlesworth recently dealt with conveyancing on my new home. At all stages I was kept informed of the progress. Any questions I raised with Nicole were answered quickly in terms I could understand.
The initial quotation was easy to read and accurate.
I would definitely recommend Jordan's for conveyancing and I expect to use the firm again for personal service in future.

Jordans helped us to write our Will and were great from start to end. The whole process was very straight forward and everyone was really approachable and friendly. We were given great advice, in simple terms that we could understand. We were never rushed and given the time to make our decisions. I have been very dissatisfied with the service I received from this firm. Despite raising concerns on several occasions and even submitting a formal complaint, I have still not been provided with copies of my documents. The solicitor assigned to my case appeared uninterested in assisting me and was often difficult to contact. Unfortunately, I have not had a resolution to my matter, and I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.

My experience wasnt recent but has stuck in my mind my Mother and myself were dealing with Mums sister who hadn't made a will so what was left was split 6 ways eg cousins got what my Mother got before we let Jordans take over we enquired how much their fees were very evasive said oh about £2.000 this later turned out to be over £7.000 for sending a few letters and phone calls trying to find Deeds for house nvr was found also one of Solicitors who spoke to us I enquired what I would get was told loudly and curtly YOU GET Nothing your Mother gets her share on reflection wish I'd applied for legal aid nothing about charges was given in writing just a vague outline verbally oh about 2pc

Awful. First time using a solicitors and they ruined my case, after making me do half of the work for them, they actually don’t seem aware of any laws themselves. They have potentially lost me access to my son. I should have represented myself to ensure a better outcome. Once they have finished ruining your life, they will write you off. I would not recommend Jordan’s to anyone in any circumstances. Avoid and get yourself a professional legal team, before it’s too late.

These people are like ghosts and you will need many mediums to get in contact with them, excuses are a plenty and there is no rush in resolving cases.
They keep money for longer than you would think possible and to no reasons why.
Please stay away from this company

Jordan’s will take your money and do nothing. Terrible people who could not care less about their customers. Please do not waste your money on these corrupt people!

Came highly recommended, I should have also looked at the other 75% poor reviews! Unfortunately listening skills were not a strong point, she repeatedly got information wrong about my children and had a poor attitude and voiced her own personal opinion too much on the matter and told me how it’s fine for near 12 year old girl to share a bedroom with a 2 year old. Would strongly recommend anyone else but this firm.

I sold a business in dec 21 I asked countless times to have a clause inserted in the contract of a forfeiture of lease as there was outstanding monies owed to me and was to b paid within the year there was a charge on the lease unilateral Barr also I sent over pics of all the equipment and serial no’s to b placed in contract and as far as I know it was never added after the year I didn’t receive my monies I went to take shop back and then found out that the forfeiture of lease was not inserted but the unilateral was in place I was told just go and take shop back change locks end of verbally in June 22 now I’m owed lot money and will have to take the company to court in order as they are in breach of contract if this company had done there properly this would never happened
Indeed the solicitor has now left he was a trainee and was supposed to b supervised by a more experienced solicitor it’s left me in a terrible position a real nightmare the incompetence is so upsetting

A collective of grossly unprofessional crooks. One lady kept talking over me, however we agreed that she would email me to state what was needed, but didn't. I call and then get a call back and am told that they can't help with my issues. I didn't even state what was wrong. I record my calls so can prove this and uploading them. I will update this review when they are, so you can listen and see what mendacious criminals these people are. If you could class them a people, as this cesspool of a country is over populated with disgusting, evil, odious people.

Jordans Solicitors of Doncaster did the conveyancing for my house sale, which just completed. Their quote was competitive and they stuck to it. James was exceptionally efficient and quickly responded to any queries I had , really good communication throughout. James was very supportive throughout what can be a stressful experience. I would strongly recommend this firm and James, without any hesitation.

Be wary of what this company charge. I was quoted a certain amount and yet they took more without my authorisation.
