Avoid- patient care has gone downhill massively in the past 6 months. Changes in requested scripts without consulting with the patient, new arbitrary limits in what we can order imposed (have been a patient with my symptoms well managed for almost 2 years before Jorja Emmerson started messing with my tried and tested script) mistakes being made on my orders constantly. This month I received an order missing 10g for no apparent reason. IF you ask for clarity (or your original order...) they just gaslight you by telling you it was out of stock (it was not, I checked with the pharmacy.)
I'm going to need to find a new clinic, wish I'd never gone with Jorja in the first place now.

They have wonderful staff that are clearly trying to provide the best service they can with the limited amount of them it seems that the level of care has just dropped beyond belief.

Chasing them for my prescription is now a monthly occurance and it's making my life more of a stress than its worth, go find another clinic that actually has the staff to deal with their patients.

if you don't pay them you will be contacted shortly after but they wont get back to you for weeks on their emails or if you do manage to get through on the phone the poor guy working it sounds so defeated from the amount of crap they've left for him.

Its one massive SCAM
I have payed for the full year and had my appointment with the doctor as they took 2 weeks to send my prescription from this appointment it made the medication on it not available and another only had days left before it expired. This caused a re-write of the prescription.
It is £15 for a re-write at Jorga
The doctors then changed the medication i had picked without my consent or knowledge. The medication i picked was to help me relax be calm and help me sleep but the medication was changed by the doctor what made you giggly talkative and active what would have made my symptoms worse so i had to refuse this medication. As i have now refused this medication they have now banned me from getting medication for an extra 4 weeks.
As these doctors will prescribe you medication that is not good for your symptoms and they will expect you to purchase these or they will ban you if you don't buy the medication that is not good for you. They also send you a list of medications that most will be out of stock so when you order your medication it will be out of stock then they will charge you £15 for the re-write then change your medication from what you picked and expect you to purchase it or you will get banned from ordering any medication for the next 4 weeks. They also do not listen to your needs as their site claims. they have refused my refund because the 14 days have passed but yet i have not received the medical care they state they give. I was not made aware of their THC cap what they hide from you until the 14 days have passed. be warned this company will scam you and fail to give you what is stated on their site and what you pay for. It is very concerning that the doctors will prescribe you medication that will be not good for your needs. As your needs are not a concern for them as it is just their THC cap they are concerned about and this will leave you being forced to purchase medication that will not be good for your needs.

Already wrote a review about this clinic on there site. But had to come and write another one. Recently while dealing with my prescription and any problems. I have had no stop and continued contact from there employee Alfie. He is an absolute credit to the company. And as someone who suffers from depression and anxiety. It makes a massive difference when your dealing with someone as amazing at there job as Alfie. Give that man a raise

Absolutely awful company. Started well so decided to pay for the monthly subscription. Once this was done there were no appointments available! But they still continued to take the money and I had a difficult time cancelling. They do not reply to complaints and take ages to issue prescriptions. AVOID!

I don’t have a bad word to say about Jorjaemerson centre, I’ve been a patient of there’s for over a year now

Had my last consultation with Dr Jenny.

She was wonderful, she had concers about product I had requested and she had done her due deligence and got back to me.

The service has been getting better overtime, they are trying to minimise delays wherever they possibly can and copy of prescription is always sent out in email.

Receptionists had always called back, if was discussed to do so.

If you follow recommended procedure how and when prescription should be requested, if not due to stock issues with pharmacies, the new prescription is usally at your door by the time you finish previous course.

I must say this clinic has been really great with me. I've had problems sorting out appointments on my end and they have accommodated me every time. I change my strains every month and can choose any pharmacy I wish. Roha has been a great help and really is on the ball when helping me. I've honestly no complaints.

Personalised patient care, Brilliant service attentive staff.

I've used the JEC for a year or two now, and overall, the service has been excellent. Roha, a physician associate, has been super helpful getting appointments and sorting out prescription issues on the rare case they arise. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Overall I have had good service from JEC.
It would be nice to see product availability and pricing page through a portal page for repeat scripts.

I became aware of this clinic last year. Since I approached, last summer, I have only been impressed. They have met my expectations and continue to deal with me with courtesy and dignity. I recommend this clinic.

As i told the company i was coming with a review today😂 so here goes again.

Another ignorant move made by this incompetent company that has led to me not having prescription again.

Every month i advised the company in an email that as i require medication month and they were taking the money for 2 months and they had the prescription for 2 weeks prior to being out and was not neither times were they filed in time for me to not run out so i make the payments in time to clear for no issues with my next prescription.

Despite packages being late they still arrived. I got an email from them saying thet i didn’t pay 2 months subscription but i had an appointment in December with physicians and had 1 repeat so far.

But all of this happened because i have been asking for 2 days what is going on with my prescription and just been giving the run around.

I am sick of this ill treatment by a company that only reply to you when they feel like you owe them a payment.

Currently searching for a new clinic - please don’t let the £200 yearly or 19.50 a month fool you because it will be dreadful having to call them every time you need a prescription.

Staff are rude and results of tests are made up! Dont trust the results from this company its a scam.

Also heard that the staff get treated poorly and finances are poor and never pay suppliers! This company is unstable with poor financial issues to suppliers and staff. DO NOT TRUST THEM ONE BIT

Absolute joke having messed up with my scan appointment to start with till getting them to send images over to my specialist (which never happened despite multiple emails, calls etc)
Utterly useless people running the show behind it seems! AVOID THEM

I provided programming services for this company. I dedicated dozens of hours of my life to this work. The fraudsters haven't paid me a single pound. For over 12 months, I've been requesting payment for the invoice. I'm not a charity organization. I have bills to pay. I expect payment for my work. At this point, I can say that you are fraudsters.

AVOID AVOID AVIOD! These are cowboys at best. I suffer from chronic isomer Depression and anxiety. In the 6 months I have been with them its nothing but traumatic. Throughout my treatment I went a month here and there without medication. The staff are dismissive and on some occasions quite rood. I know my next prescription is going to be late so I am writing this in advance. This will be the 3rd time in 6 months so don't waste your time. There is never anyone to communicate with and they have probably said 20 times with no exaggeration we will call you back and never do this. This after after going 3 weeks with nothing. the staff rant trained to talk to people with mental health issues. on top of that charged me 2 times for 1 months subscription. I had to recover money through my bank. just don't waste your time/ I don't like change but I will change if my prescription is late. This review was well deserved regardless.

Wrote this review along time ago and still have no medication. Scam of a company spoke to ovidiu today what poor customer care pretty much like not my problem it’s laughable
