From start to finish the process was fantastic.
Here is a company who takes into account your needs and requirements along with your budget advising you along the way on the best options for you, in my case A/C for upstairs bedroom, thanks Jess & Lee.
The quotes received were very good and coupled with the above along with a recommendation from my neighbour, I didn't go anywhere else.
Installers were very polite, thoughtful and caring for your property and were the best workmen I've ever had in my home, thanks Chris.

Josa-AC it's been a pleasure and were already discussing about adding A/C to the downstairs.

Have used Josa the past 2 years for servicing a domestic air con unit and arranged for a service this year on 8th August in the afternoon. At lunchtime on the 8th I received an email to say the engineer had issue with van / had to go to the garage (fair enough) and asked for a date to rearrange, so I responded on the same day to say we’re flexible regarding dates to accommodate them. Didn’t have a response back on the Monday and I ended up ringing on the Tuesday morning to rearrange as there was a fault with our unit - the office told me that an engineer would visit late Tuesday afternoon but didn’t turn up and I received an email at 5.15pm to apologise as his installation job took longer than expected, however he could come late Thursday afternoon (and potentially Wednesday if they finish early). I confirmed that I would be at home on Thursday and requested they call me if they weren’t going to make it to save me hanging around at home, however no visit or contact so I gave up and contacted another company. Nearly two weeks after original service date planned I still haven’t been given a date or received any further contact from Josa, but thankfully the other company turned up when he said he would so I will not bother with Josa again as it appears they only want to do higher revenue jobs.

Amazing from start to finish.
Nothing was a problem, even when units had gone out of stock and needed to requote a few times.
All the way to the guys on the install days being courteous and leaving everything really tidy.
Now we are enjoying this weather with our new home AC.
Highly recommend their services.

We received excellent advice and were given lots of options before finally choosing the system for our home office. The install was carefully planned and efficient with minimal disruption. The experience from start to finish was first class and we are now enjoying all the benefits of air-conditioning. It's so quiet too

From the initial contact, through quotation (next day!) and install totalling 12 days from start to finish (less than 2 weeks wait to install) these guys and girls were fantastic. Even when I couldn’t connect my units to theinternet one of their engineers called me at 6pm on his way home and took the time to explain it to me until it was working. Excellent service, price and overall just great to deal with. Thank you.

From start to completion, couldn't have asked for better service. Knowledgable and helped us make the right choice for our needs. Pros and cons all explained, nothing left out. The house was left so clean too! Would have no hesitation in recommending.

I had a domestic Aircon system installed by JOSA which included two room units and one outside system. Jess in the office was very friendly and helpful as was the engineer who initially came round to measure up and advise on what type of system would best suit my needs.
On the day of the installation the team turned up when promised and efficiently and effectively set up the system. The work was neatly done including the pipe work on the outside of the house. The team cleaned up after themselves and were finished by mid afternoon.

Can only give 5 star rating. Excellent service from initial visit to full installation. We only had to wait 10 days to have our air conditioning unit installed. The installation went very smoothly no mess was made and we had a full demonstration on how to operate and also help in setting up remote control on my phone.

After calling Josa-AC out to repair one of my units, and having the unit replaced because it was irreparable. I was so impressed by the speed, efficiencey and friendliness of the engineer who came, that I asked the company for a quote to supply another unit. Between request for quote and installation of this most recent unit took 10 days!
Both my wife and I were very happy with the 2 people who came to carry out the last installation. The original engineer had already impressed me, but the young man who accompanied him was very friendly, open, intelligent and honest. He had my 82 year old wife totally charmed.
I would have no hesitation in commending them to you as potential suppliers.

The installation on such a hot few days was carried out very professionally by the fitter working on his own. Cleaned up after all works completed. Customer friendly and informative in all aspects off the installation.

From the initial visit by Lee, the quotes provided by Jess, to the professional installation by the engineers who completed the job, everything was first class. Their knowledge and expertise the team provided was outstanding which helped me to make a decision on what type of air conditioning was best for the environment. The engineers arrived promptly on both days and were courteous, knowledgeable and skillful. They worked quickly and tidied up as they went along. I cannot recommend them more highly - they are such a professional company who thrive on excellent workmanship.

We’ve used Josh-ac a couple of times now, and each time they’ve been absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, the service has been spot on – professional, reliable, and delivered with a great sense of humour. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they go out of their way to make sure everything is done properly. They tidied up meticulously before leaving and even took all their rubbish with them, which was a real bonus. It’s rare to find a team that’s this good – we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Having made seven enquiries for various air conditioning companies to quote us for work, and having looked at the quotes in detail, from how much to what was included, we decided on josa -ac to do the work.

They were not the cheapest, very competitive but not the cheapest, they were however upon meeting the owner, the ones who could do it in the time we wanted, how we wanted it and like the other companies invited in quoting, with the exception of one company, they listened to the intricacies of our requirements. The work was done in a day, we completely felt at ease with them, and not only did they do a simply wonderful job, they cleaned up after themselves, and at all times checked that we were happy with the work.

There was no hard sell, and none of the "I will do you a special deal ..... Just for you..." Which I really do not like. Simply honest and upfront and when asked for a ball park figure at survey time, it matched the actual invoice price with in £50. Outstanding. 3 highly professional work personal arrived and carried out a highly professional job. Nothing was to much, questions were answered as we asked them, we never felt a hinderence to them. The machines recommended by them EXACTLY fitted the bill, and indeed in one case the identical machines from other companies we contacted, were £900 cheaper.

I can not more strongly recommend this company nor the people involved. They worked in very high temperatures and all day, but still they did a great job.

If you get a/c installed get jose-ac to do it and I seriously doubt you could ever regret it.

We had a great experience with this company. Lee (who came for the initial visit) and the two engineers who came for the installation later were absolutely superb. Lots of ideas and options given.
