I have been purchasing lambs wool and Shetland wool jumpers from Joseph Turner for many years and have always found them to be of excellent quality and value. In addition their service and customer care is first class and often their sales prices are exceptional. I shall remain a loyal customer.

Excellent product, prompt delivery.

Good price, quick delivery, and a top quality product

Excellent quality clothing, with an exemplary delivery service and customer care.

Excellent timely delivery. The two jumpers that I purchased exceeded my expectations. Both are very well made and fit beautifully.

Wonderful range and excellent value. Good quick fulfilment too.

Quick and easy ordering and on time delivery. Product good too

An easy company to deal with, good quality clothes and no issues at all with returning an item that was too big. Recommended company to deal with

I bought a cashmere jumper but it sadly turned out to be the wrong colour. I returned it promptly with all the correct paperwork some weeks ago BUT am still waiting for a credit to appear on my account. How long do I have to wait?

Very easy to order and I’m delighted with my purchase.
Overall very satisfied with the experience.

Prompt, helpful service and quality garment.
Many thanks....

Having bought from them before, I ordered 2 shirts with 16" collars for Christmas, only to discover they were too loose. Upon accurately measuring the collars, one was 16.75" and the other 17". Shocking quality control, which now means I have to return them and 'roll the dice' when it comes to what size to ask for (as 16" clearly isn't). I shall update with the end result and see if they ever get any repeat business!
UPDATE: Thanks to Steve for sorting the problem out in the end.

Items were delivered quickly. Good quality.

Excellent service. Had to return 2 items - 1 for refund and 1 for exchange. JT dealt with this very quickly receiving the exchange within a week and the money refunded for the return. Quality of items excellent but not sure that I would pay the full asking price

Clothing is always good quality at a reasonable price. delivery is always as ordered and propt.

I have purchased a number of items from JT . Unfortunately I had to return the item purchased but as ever Customer Services were excellent and dealt with the issue proactively and I was completely satisfied with the experience.

The clothes are well made and excellent value for money.
In addition, the company offer a no quibble free returns policy for a full refund or exchange of goods.
Thank you, Michael.

Very good quality clothes at reasonable prices. Easy to use website and speedy delivery. Always my first port of call for my father’s and male friends’ presents!
