I’m a guy that seeks out the unusual designs of jewelry to be worn. With a special gala coming up, the ring ordered, was perfect. Although it took a little while to receive it, it was well worth the anticipated wait. I inquired about when it would be shipped and was responded to immediately.
That’s customer service!
The price is reasonable, the quality and craftsmanship is superb and will definitely buy more pieces to add to my collection!
(I have an additional piece on the way already!)

The jewelery that i have ordered it was exquisit on the photos . Yesterday i got my first part of my order . I was shocked by Quality and craftsmanship. Wow ! I would also like to add that the photos and videos doesn't make any justice to the jewelry. It's unbelievable quality!

My ring arrived Fast to Canada, and it is Big Fabulous Statement ring, has some weight to it, a real Stand alone piece of ART.

I ordered a ring that was a close replica of a ring my grandmother had- and I am very happy. It is beautiful. It came in under 2 weeks and I will order again!

I ordered the Bypass ring and it is GORGEOUS..If you are on the fence I say go for it. Also got the horseshoe shaped ring. Love them both.

Literal false advertising! Going through the process of getting a full refund/charge back from my CC company because dealing with Joshiny.com directly was getting me nowhere. The images and video of the ring I ordered is such an egregious example of a bait and switch, I shouldn't have to pay to have this piece of garbage shipped back to china. Or be on the hook for any portion of it's cost. I wish there was a way post images and video here.

I have purchased a few pieces of jewellery from Joshini. I must say, they are always beautiful. I especially love my last ring purchased this past month. A four carat stone in a silver setting. They tried to replicate the picture, but the quality is very different. The stones aren't shiny; I'm wondering if they're glass since they look more like plastic.

I have only bought one ring from Tom so far and it seems fairly nice for a silver ring that’s rhodium plated with artificial stones… I don’t ever get the lab diamonds … There is nothing wrong with them it’s just too much bling for an old man like me …But I’ve had the rings changed to have blue stones at my request and considering a gold ring like this now would be well over $1000 up to $5000 and more in gold what choice do we have… I didn’t have a bad experience… They were more than happy to make a ring with the bluestones I wanted without any extra charge… I see complaints about low quality with these costume jewelry pieces from China… They are made every bit as well as pieces with genuine diamonds and gold… But they even tell you on their websites that you should not go swimming or wash dishes or do yardwork while wearing your jewelry… If you have to buy gold plated silver because gold is too expensive then you have to treat it more carefully… I have found that these companies if you contact them are very good about making things right… You’re getting a ring with a multi thousand dollar look for 100 and some odd dollars… What do you expect?… I think they’re a pretty good deal for the money and I have dealt with all kinds of jewelry for many many years. Keep them to wear on special occasions out on the town and where you really want to sparkle… They are made to give you a fabulous look at a fraction of the cost.

Absolute scam and trashy materials. The bracelet was too big and again you must send it to China with my own risk of loosing it. That's whta happened.
Chinese companies are very unrespectful with customers. My bad to believe it would be different.

A ring was purchased as a gift in June 2025. Two months later, two of the stones fell out. Shortly after an email explanation and photos were sent to the company, the ring was immediately replaced. I do appreciate the companies immediate response and quick replacement...

The bracelet i ordered is too small. what the company offered was i am responsible for the return shipment t China, with a disclaimer that most return get lost therefor there will not be any refund.. Total SCAMM save your money do not engage with this company. The 60 days refund policy is a SCAM

I ordered two rings from this company. I must say they are very much like the picture that I saw the craftsmanship is to the T. I was a little hectic at first to order cause I read so many bad reviews, but I am actually in love with the product I purchased.

Worst company to purchase products from. I bought a ring from this company. They promised one thing, did another. I received a ring that was "Junk". Not at all what was promised and much smaller than the photo! When I asked for the ring that was promised, they balked and sent me the following. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

I bought a ring and received an empty box. I sent photos and filed a complaint, but they said the package had been opened by someone and that they weren't responsible.

Terrible service. Unacceptable customer service. They make fun of their customers. I have ordered a product two months ago, no product still. The don’t inform me at all about the process of a refund. I have paid 100€ for a product I have not received. They refuse to tell me the process of the refund. And the refuse to send me the product. Be very careful, don’t order.

It took a long time to get delivery, only then to be disappointed by the poor quality. It was a square ring and they distorted the shape to make it the size ordered. They have admitted they’ve supplied a faulty product, but are refusing to pay for return shipping - which is contrary to their returns policy as displayed on their website. Now going through PayPal disputes to get this sorted.

the worst costumer service ever. I bought some items last Nov, I didn't like 2 peace I requested a return few days latter almost 2 weeks to get a silly respond of giving me 20% back I refused the offer the items looked like a candy machine jewelry. after persisting for a return label the emailed me the return address. I send the items back in Dec. yesterday Jun 30th I received the package as return to me. so i lost over $200.
