I ordered a Nomination Charm for my Mother’s Day gift. The order was dispatched on time although on the delivery day DPD claimed they had delivered my parcel to me, when they had not even attempted to deliver my parcel or even confirmed they had it sent to a neighbour. The door on the delivery email proving that they had delivered my parcel looked nothing at all like mines. I had then went on and emailed Joshua James customer service, I have had no refund or a replacement of the item I have ordered, Shocking customer service. I am now £47 down.
