There was no option for 0 or else I would did it
They scammed me

Complete scam. They promise you the world, but the moment you try to get your refund, they twist everything around. Classic fraudulent behavior—misleading info, shady tactics, and zero accountability. If you value your time and money, stay far away. The refund process alone is a giant red flag from start to finish.

They had many issues with uptime, and the support system consistently provided delayed responses, which caused my client to lose trust in us. and, the support team has not been responding on time.

Absolutely a scam.
They make big promises, but the moment you trust them, they flip everything around.
Typical fraud behavior—misleading info, shady tactics, and zero accountability.
Stay far away unless you enjoy wasting your time and risking your money.
Nothing but red flags from start to finish.

got no refund no server performance + scammer owenrs

Scammers

I will make sure you are exposed in Public Storms are coming

We reached out to Joy Services for colocation of our Servers in India (Delhi). While we did encounter some initial problems regarding network firewall problems, it was fixed in a short time and the staff (mostly Dinesh & Chandraprakash) helped us a lot in configuration as well. Till date, there has been no downtime.

Would recommend them. There are rumors about them having hijacked ASN etc but from my experience, they are nothing but lies.

they scammed me of refund, my hard earned money, they scammed me 2500rs, I am feeling broken because I am broken now, I thought there service is better than gbnodes but joy.services offers 100% downtime and has worst internet speed... atleast gbnodes is better than this

If I could give zero stars I could. This service is a scam.

Joy Services is one of the best service providers in India. They offer custom solutions for everyone's needs at affordable prices. Service is stable and support is stellar.
