Perfect app. Fantastic technical support.

I have been using Joy Loyalty since day 1 on my web store. No complaints whatsoever. I have also witnessed their product improving along way, with them allowing users like me to vote for the most wanted feature to develop next. The most important thing is their technical support. All of the staffs have been very helpful and dedicated to respond to our questions all the time. I would defintely rate a 10 if possible.

Whether it's online support or technical support staff, their response speed, efficiency in resolving needs, and effectiveness in handling problems are all highly commendable. They are meticulous, considerate, and thoughtful in every detail.

Overall software usage: For beginners or older users like myself, it's easy to learn and use. Even for someone like me with no experience in loyalty program management, this software provided constructive guidance, helping me quickly establish a viable membership program for the website. When I encountered functions or design requirements that I didn't know how to operate or that were beyond my capabilities, the support staff were always happy to help. I am very grateful for this.

I firmly believe that through continued use of this software, I, our website, our members, and the software support staff will all benefit greatly.

easy to set up

easy to set up, support is fast in replying and helpful. My usual contact is with Hana. Our customer seem to love the extension without facing any trouble using it.
