Had the best time ever on the helicopter ride! It exceeded all my expectations, the views were breathtaking, I’m so happy I ticked this off my bucket list. For anyone who loves cool experiences, defo recommend this helicopter ride as one of my all time favourite life experiences!

I had a great day at the Chocolatorium in Edinburgh with my Dad. The tour guide was fantastic, lots of sweet treats to sample, in the heart of the city centre. We have only amazing things to mention about how easy it was to book through joyful experience/ the day itself. I'm absolutely thrilled! I'll definitely be booking again.

This was one of the most unique dinners I’ve ever had.
Total darkness. Eyes covered. And a deep dive into flavour, sound, and feeling.
It’s crazy how much more intense everything becomes when you take vision out of the picture.
Huge thanks to @joyfulexperiance.uk for such an unforgettable experience.
If you ever get the chance — do it. You won’t regret it.

I booked the experience for London by night bus tour and it was amazing! Straight away i had my tickets ready in the email, and the experience was also amazing! Highly recommmend !

Dinner in the dark at the Farzi Cafe has to be one of the best dinning experiences I’ve had in a while. The food was a great quality, in a great quality and the act of eating without sight enhances the flavours of the south Asian fusion dishes. I could not recommend this experience more if ever in London and in need of a fun evening.

i have booked the experience for flying lesson and they do not showed me any dates or locations details even though i contacted every organiser in the region to redeem the gift card but nobody knows about joyful experience.uk. it seems like i am scammed of £187

The cheese crawl offered was such a unique and fun experience. Lived in london for over a decade and didn’t know this was a thing but I thoroughly enjoyed it tasting cheeses and learning more about it and at the same time making new friends and learning new facts.

The foodwalk experience they offer is fantastic! They have such cool places on the list with a range of foods be it Thai, Italian or Indian. Loved it!!

What a once in a lifetime experience!
Me and my friend believe everyone should try this at least once. She even plans on coming back with her family. It’s weird to get used to being in the dark at first but the staff are so attentive and lovely and they’re also blind. An amazing concept where you get to enhance and rely on other senses it was so much fun guessing what you’re eating along with the other guests you’ll be seated with. At the end of it was feel you come out with so many friends too! Would certainly recommend this to everyone.

It's a shame they sell vouchers that can't be redeemed. You can opt in to be notified when the activity becomes available in the future, but it was easy to get a refund, so I'm changing this review to 4 stars

This website is a sham. I recently purchased vouchers for my experience - Dinner in the dark. There is no mention of the restaurant name on the voucher. There is just an address. I googled and found out that there is a restaurant called Farzi Cafe at that location and they don’t do any Dinner in the Dark.

I called the Swedish number given on the website and a guy picked up the call saying that we do not entertain any UK requests, please reach out to the email address provided on the website. We also do not have any contact number to sort out UK queries. I dropped my queries on the email provided and also filled in the form at the website but nobody responded.

I tried dropping several emails but nobody responds. I feel I have been scammed and now have to dispute this transaction on my credit card.

Please do not fall for this company. There is nobody to respond to your requests and the information provided on the website is incomplete.

I seem to have lost my £84 on this experience

Update on 7th August : On Monday, 4th August I got an email from customer care saying that the date on which my experience was booked (8th August) , it has been sold out and now the next available date is 17th August. I replied saying that 17th August may not work for me and they said they can issue a refund if the date does not work. I requested for a refund and then never heard back. It has been 3 days and each day I drop an email requesting them to respond and there is a deafening silence from the other end. Just reaffirms my review about the customer care and website.

My partner and I went to Dinner in the Dark experience in London and it was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed the food much more when we were blindfolded with zero distractions. Really looking forward to booking the next experience.

Amazing experience - had a beautiful afternoon tea on a traditional London bus! The food was delicious and looked beautiful, the views were amazing and the staff were so lovely! Overall, me and my mum had an amazing time and would definitely recommend!

A scam of a site with broken links and endless admin loops. Impossible to redeem/refund once it's paid, as the only customer service is a chatbot email. Intensely frustrating and disappointing. Don't waste your money!

Great tour with lots of yummy food!

We went to ABBA Voyage in London and it was honestly such an incredible experience! Felt completely immersed and it felt like ABBA was right there with all of us. ✨ Looking forward to booking the next experience ✨

I'd never thought Dinner in the dark was a thing until I stumbled upon Joyfulexperience. The booking was so smooth. The experience itself so well planned and executed from the team there.

I attended a dumpling making session and it was so much fun! The instructor was really good at explaining the steps and we made some super tasty dumplings. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to learn a new skill or just have a fun afternoon!

Took £90 for an experience for two and only after taking the money did they inform me that the experience I booked wasn’t currently available.

Crazy way to do business.

This is the first time I've attended such a dinner in complete darkness! It's something incredible! It's a completely new feeling, you start to taste food differently, it's great, I recommend everyone to try it!
