literally the cutest panda mascot ever. wore it for a promo event downtown and took so many pictures.

Horrible customer service experience, to be honest. For the price, the product is adequate and to be expected - but our custom cape that came with the costume had our logo printed incorrectly. When I reached out to remedy the situation with them, this was the exact, word for word response I received: "You sent us three LOGOs. We chose one of them." To be clear, I sent one logo, in two file formats because they did not specify file format preference. Both logos I sent are correct - this was a fault of the printer/iron-on product, not our file. I responded back reiterating that our logo file was accurate, and I never heard anything back. I understand the sentiment of "you get what you pay for" but in this case, the customer service was so rude and egregious, I would never use them again.

I created a customer ticket and sent an email, within 24 hours company had responded. The Gator Mascot arrived packed within 3 weeks and in excellent quality material. Customer service kept me in the loop once the item was shipped.

I was so excited for the cow costume to come. It is completely impossible to wear and is way too big for a size small. The head flops around and comes off and you can't wear it. There is a cap in it you are supposed to strap your head into and your head has to be the size of the moon in order for it to work. What a disappointment and now I have to figure out how to return this big mess to hopefully get some of my money back. It is just sad because I was so excited to wear this at an agricultural fair in town. Sigh...

The fur Teddy bear mascot costume is simply adorable! I wore it for a children's birthday party, and it was a huge hit. A fun experience.

If you read their mission statement, it’s a JOKE!!
They lie. Words are cheap.
Please think twice before you consider doing business with this company.

Love this costume. Its unique design and impeccable fit have certainly made a striking impression on others, so got many compliments from others.

I'll admit I was nervous making this purchase based on some of the 1 star reviews, but I rolled the dice and I am glad I did. I ordered on 2/23/24 and it was delivered via Fed Ex on 3/6/24 - and they even included our company logo for no additional charge! Located in Richmond, Virginia area for reference.

Received a message saying package delayed in China somewhere. Usually don’t click on links but was expecting delivery so I did and filled form requesting my credit card. First I used a valid card and it said couldn’t process so then I used amex and it took for ever to process. Anyhow it was then I thought very weird it took so long to process. So I canceled both cards.

Was a Huge hit!!!

I am SO pleased with my fire/flame mascot! Ordered on May 2nd. Paid $50 for expedited shipping. Didn't like that it said it would "ship in 7-12 business days" but really wanted this for 5/28 which is Pentecost Sunday for my church, Immaculate Heart of Mary Burlington, KY for our Pentecost Pancake event. We are calling him "Pente."

Only after ordering did I look at the review that were mixed so was kind of nervous. Emailed them 5 days after order asking for tracking. They said they didn't have it yet. They sent me the tracking the next day for FedEx. Found the suit had made it to Shanghi and was delayed...but it was in FedEx's hands so felt good about it. It arrived yesterday 5/10 - 2 days within the actual promised shipping date window! Yes it is folded up in a 16" x 16" x 19" box, and needs to be unfolded and expanded, but if the box were bigger, it would jack the price through the roof!. For this kind of money it is a GREAT value. Thank you Joy Mascot!!!!!

This costume is great for the money. I think you don't regret about your money.

Scam! Do not buy from them.
As others have said, they take your money and then refund you months later without any explanation. they basically take your money, make money off it, and then refund when you complain.
Personally I don't think they even have the costumes they advertise.

Absolutely terrible. After waiting 60 days I still did not get my order and they will not refund me until I send it back. Who knows when that will ever be. Good bye $400

If I could give this company a 0 I would. DO NOT USE IT. I paid 50 extra dollars to expedite shipping. On the day the item was supposed to arrive I saw I refund on my credit card. NO EMAIL from the company! NOTHING. My son was devastated.
