A little disappointed with my latestâŠ
A little disappointed with my latest order of beef tripe. Previous orders have been excellent quality. However, this particular batch contained more tough seam than tripe even when boiled in salted water for 45mins. Not one to complain, but on this occasion I felt it necessary to bring this to your attention. I'm certain you can rectify this situation prior to dispatching the product.
