Joe and his team came and fit two UPVC doors on our side shed, Joe also adjusted our front door while on site as it was catching the door frame slightly, very helpful, very informative and an altogether brilliant job, will be using for any future jobs.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Joe and his team at JPK Property Solutions for the roof on our extension, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with.

Joe and his team were absolutely amazing! They have worked on several projects on our home and have transformed it! We gave Joe an idea of what we wanted for a new porch and he made it a reality - it's perfect and everyone who comes by comments on how nice it is.
They are a really friendly and hard working team, and Joe is great at communicating- chatting through any issues and working with us to find solutions. They always arrive when they say they will and they were great with our kids too - very patient and accommodating!

Joe is very knowledgeable, extremely reliable and the quality of work is second to none, he did a complete garage conversion including new roof, windows and doors, no task was too big or small. He also did is upmost to ensure the work did not impact my day day to life especially tricky when I work from home - I would not hesitate in using him again!

JPK Property Solutions fitted our windows and doors. Fantastic service kept advised all times. The Workmanship was exceptional cant thank Joe and his team enough.

Joe and the team are a professional, friendly bunch who take pride in doing a good job. Price-wise they’re competitive too and very transparent about what is and isn’t included. They’ve undertaken a few projects for me over the last few months:
- a replacement flat roof (strengthening it, adding insulation and new lead flashing),
- replacement garage roof (removing a 1950s asbestos horror and replacing with a flat roof),
- replacement extension/pantry roof (including plastering of the internal ceiling),
- main roof (full replacement, popping the solar panels off and back on and repairs to the chimney stack)
- a refresh of my utility room/cloakroom (replacement cladding, trims).
There are other jobs that need doing - as my house is a bit of a project - and JPK Property Solutions will be my first port of call to get those done.
