Scam!

Rozenbroek claims to be sustainable but is in fact the opposite. I ordered two pieces of mens underwear at the end of last year and received them fairly quickly.

When I wore them I realized I never had such a bad experience wearing underwear in my while life. It seemed to be cut for women, not men. Both pieces also differentiated in their cut despite being the same model just in a different colour.

They are cut too tight, the fabric constantly moves into the crack and also leaves no room for what men need room for. The quality of the sawing was also sub standard. I had to throw them out in the end, so nothing sustainable there. Rozenbroek is a scam

Overall I had cheap non-sustainable underwear before that I wore for years and they fit perfectly well.

I tried to get my money back but Jade would just not issue a refund. I was unable to get in touch with her right after receiving the underwear due to a longer period of health issues. No understanding from her side here. She was harsh and showed absolutely no customer service. Jade tried to turn it around by saying the cut is Italien. as if Italien men want to feel horribly uncomfortable in their underwear all day.

It is a scam selling you overpriced poop by slapping "sustainable" on it.
Despicable business.

Ordered it 12 april and still not received package. 30th april now. Have only had one reaction saying they sent it but wasnt received kb my end so it was returned to them but other than that they havent replied to whats happening now. Very disappointed as i spent a lot of money. Starting to think ive been had.

Fantastic Quality, the most comfortable underwear that I have ever worn

I’ve been looking for a more sustainable replacement for Calvin Klein boxers for a couple of years. I’ve tried several other brands that have excellent values but their boxers weren’t comfortable enough. These black Rozenbroek boxers are comfortable, stylish, and sustainable. Would recommend 100%

Their customer service is amazing and their turn around time was very quick especially considering everything made is small batches. They were really communicative as well and resolved a supply issue with my order straight away and sent an extra item as an apology. Will definitely be buying from them again :)

All items in the order were incorrect (wrong size), and one was missing altogether. They have been ignoring my emails for 4 months now.

I’m very pleased with the quality of the product and the sustainability of it as well. They arrived sooner than expected and I hope to make use out of the product for a long time. The price is great as well considering I’m hoping these will last longer than buying products 80% cheaper which are worse for the environment.

Great quality tees and boxers. Tees come out larger than expected, so next time I’ll go for a size smaller.
