This people are scammers. They were supposed to delivery my wardrobe in January, only to find out they have moved. Horrible scammers.

I am writing to request my refund of my deposit paid to this useless company.

I have been calling and sending emails no reply, you are not serious company therefore, irresponsible acts like this you are not to be trusted.

They received my money as deposit only to find out later that the shop at great bridge is closed only after receiving my money.

We had a great experience with this company, ordered a 3 + 2 sofa set and it came exactly on the date promised. The quality of the furniture itself is outstanding, it’s absolutely stunning and very modern. We would 100% buy with JSB northwest again after this.

Absolutely shocking customer service!!!!

I bought a mattress from this company a while ago, which is still under warranty and has developed a fault. According to the manufacturer, I needed to contact the seller to handle the claim — their responsibility is to pass my communication to the manufacturer.

I have sent multiple emails explaining the issue with clear pictures, but for months nothing has been forwarded to the manufacturer. When I tried calling, the owner “Jas” answered and pretended to be just an employee, claiming that the information had already been sent — yet no response ever came.

Now they’ve completely stopped answering calls or replying to emails. I’m left with a faulty product that’s still under warranty and absolutely no support from the seller.

An absolute shocker — avoid at all costs!

Bought a sofa from these people, within a month of having it it’s cracked. Sent images, they said it’s not faulty and won’t exchange or refund me. Said if I take from Leeds to Birmingham they will give me a 60% refund to let them have it back therefore I lose 40% left with no sofa or would only offer a 5% refund! DO NOT ORDER from these! Now refusing to answer calls and emails

great product and delivery was earlier than expected

Excellent - new mattress arrived in 4 weeks (instead of 6). Delivery drivers were great and item well packaged. Very happy with the service.

Great service, on time delivery

The mattess is lovely, but the communication from your allocated delivery firm is very poor. If we had not phoned and arranged a date, it would have been delivered on a day we weren't in. It got cancelled on the day of the arranged delivery and I had taken time of work for the delivery.Once again if we had not rung and arranged a date,as we heard nothing back, it would of been redelivered on a day we were not home. Please take into consideration people need to take time off work, do not just turn up presuming they are in wasting delivery persons time and then charging for it to go back and be redelivered.
Second time lucky and delivery was on time and two very nice delivery gentleman.

Great mattress but took longer to arrive then thought

Mattress arrived within timescale stated. Such a comfortable amazing mattress! So pleased with it.

Really easy to use the website eg find and order order the mattress and pay for it.
The mattress was delivered quickly, email updates from JCB about the status and the courier was excellent.

JSB were able to order the bed & headboard we wanted and at a discount to our local furniture store.
Delivery was sooner than expected too.

Mattress delivered on time and is very comfortable but delivery guys (outsourced) were in a big rush, they didn't really want to it carry upstairs and they left all packing for is to dispose of.

I’m very happy with my mattress, but not with the lack of communication, they didn’t send any email to give updates on the item. I had to call them twice to find out if they had received my order and when it would be delivered.

Highly recommend JBS furniture! Fast delivery and really good communication.

From my first enquiries with the sales lady on the phone, the lady was very friendly and very efficient, the ordering was easy, the delivery very fast, on this transaction I would recommend JSB Furniture.Thank you great service.Ray
