Compared to the overly burdensome official site ( which also had software bugs at least when using safari) it was a breeze with less than half the questions required.

It was bullshit…
Can’t recommend at all… i already told my friends who also wanted to visit Jordan to not book here and to book somewhere else and to tell others too.
I have to say that i booked for someone who didn’t even need one and they still did it just for the money. And two of us got rejected and we didn’t get our money back even though they took much longer than 72h. Scammers.

All good except picture taking was a bit challenging

I tried the Kenya government website first and wasted 2 hours. I logged on to Jsdbiz and I was finished in less than 15 minutes. I will come here first next time. I did tell my friends that I'm traveling with to just do this. So easy and we all had our visas the next day.

I applied for a Saudi visa through jsdbiz.com and had a very disappointing experience. My visa was rejected, and despite multiple emails, they refused to provide any refund or assistance with an appeal.

There was no proper support after the rejection, and their communication was not helpful. I feel the service was not delivered as promised.

I would advise others to be cautious before using this service and to clearly understand their refund and support policies beforehand.

I submitted my visa application on March 13, 2026, based on the information provided on your website, which stated that, through your company, the document would be processed within five days. My scheduled departure was on March 26 (arrival on March 27), meaning I applied nearly two weeks in advance.

As my departure date approached, I began contacting your team—at times sending emails twice a day—requesting updates on the status of my application. Unfortunately, I received only automated responses repeating the same message: “your visa is under process.”

As a result of these delays, I was unable to travel as planned. I missed my flight, lost my holiday arrangements, and incurred significant financial losses. Furthermore, I did not receive any meaningful response from your company after my intended departure date. My visa was ultimately approved on April 9, well after it was needed.

This company is reckless.

They take payment before all documentation is uploaded, meaning you are charged even if you pause or cancel the process part way through.

In my case, I cancelled the application before submitting all documents and before receiving any visa information.

Despite this, they claimed the application had already been processed.

This means they processed a visa without my passport, showing a lack of proper due diligence and exposing applicants to potential errors.

When I questioned this, their only response was that it was stated in the terms and conditions.

Avoid them

The form was simple to fill in and uploading the photos were very easy to do.

They would not cancel when I emailed 30 minutes later.

We were concerned because we had paid for a 72-hour visa, but by the expected date for receiving the visa, the authorities were still requesting additional documentation, so we had to ask the embassy for a letter so that our delegation could obtain the visa at the airport.
