I ordered in January 28th and received my order today, 2/17. DHL was awful and I ended up finally receiving the order through USPS.

The collagen powder is full of chemicals and bulking agents, I immediately contacted customer service once I had received the product and read the ingredients, they told me that I should have read the ingredients before buying so I canât return.
You only get 2 weeks supply per jar, over priced rubbish..youâre way way better of buying wild caught marine Collagen powder which is cleanâŠthe bulking agents and chemicals prevent absorption of the collagen so it is pointless taking this junk. DO NOT waste your money on this chemical packed rubbish.

Hi There! Whilst your tub may appear to be a low-fill, the weight of product in the tub and the number of serves you receive is accurate, as our tubs are filled on a scale to ensure compliance.
Over time, and as the fine powder begins to settle whilst sitting in the tub, the fill line lowers. Subsequent handling and transport âshakesâ the tub which allows the powder to further settle, thereby reducing the space it occupies.
As such, it is normal for our tubs to appear to be lower fill by the time it reaches the consumer however the larger tub is required to ensure the quality of the product. A larger tub is also chosen to ensure that product information required on the label will be large enough to read. Just to reiterate, each tub will always contain the specified 30 serves.
My parcel was delivered different building and I canât find it they replace immediately with new one and they reply my email straight away thank you so so much.
