Jason and Declan did a fantastic job replacing all our windows and doors, we've had so many comments about how great they look. Excellent advice throughout and would 100% recommend to anyone.

Jason’s company was recommend to us when we were looking to fit replacement double glazing. The whole process from filling in the initial enquiry form to having the glazing installed was positive throughout. We first met Jason during our home survey, and we found him to be extremely personable, polite and knowledgable about double glazing products. There were no high pressure sales tactics, just helpful advice. He talked us through our options and differences regarding profiles and efficiency ratings of different products. When we had made our decision on glazing Jason sent us a detailed document which showed all the windows, their openers, where fitted, and the choice of glass.
Our new windows took 5 days to fit. Jason and Declan arrived when they said they would, worked tirelessly all day, and kept our house and where they were working clean. The removal process of the 40 year old window frames caused a small amount of internal damage to the plaster surrounding the frames, but this was all rectified. It was clear watching Jason work, and in talking to him, that he really cares about doing an excellent job for his customers. We had one big window, which I knew would need a large lintel repainting after the window install. Without any prompting Jason told me that he had come up with a trimming solution which would make the lintel look good, as well as making it maintenance free. This was over and above what we expected. Jason also chemically cleaned and resealed a UPVC door which we were retaining. Again this was over and above what we were expecting. The installed windows look great, and the difference in comfort inside the house is really surprising. It’s autumn, and we used to experience large cold areas next to our old aluminium framed double glazed units, not any more. The rooms are much warmer with a more uniform temperature. We are very pleased with our new windows, the excellent quality of the product and the fitting. We would highly recommend JS Plastics and Glass to anyone considering installing replacement windows or doors.
