You can learn a lot about sales techniques, but before going to his event I recommend reading “Influence” by R. Cialdini because Foxx masters the techniques doing it in a very subtle way. What bothers me is that he puts himself in a position of power undermining anyone who challenges him in a brutal way. He uses Tony Robbins many times during his presentations to create a connection, association, and then he bad-mouths him in a very personal way. Yet I’ve never seen TR humiliating anyone on the stage and that’s what he did to a person he supposedly was supposed to coach on stage. It had nothing to do with coaching, and his ego cannot stand someone disagreeing with him. But unable to influence he crushes the opponent’s credibility and personally attracts to diminish them. Very awkward, not professional, and unpleasant experience. Besides, he’s stories Al’s don’t add up, it’s a technique. He says he doesn’t need to be here, he makes so much money, his CEO tells him not to do these free events. Yet if you look at his calendar, it’s packed for three straight months with these events almost daily. Very different business model to what he’s presenting himself to be as he talks about himself.

There are different strategies towards sales. I recommend learning from Dean Graziosi and compare which one is better for you. JT Foxx is heavy on manipulation and the stereotypical type of sales that most decent people feel deeply uncomfortable with.

Katie Kay presents herself as a high-level entrepreneur with multiple “exits,” yet there is no verifiable evidence supporting these claims. To date, there is no public record confirming 18 exits—or any completed exits at all. The companies associated with her name appear to have been dissolved by Canadian authorities for non-compliance, raising serious questions about the accuracy of her business narrative.

There is also no verifiable record supporting claims that she owned or operated a construction company, medical company, CBD business, or any large-scale lending operation—despite claims of issuing loans of up to $97 million daily. There is likewise no evidence supporting her claim of receiving a Congressional award. These representations are repeatedly used in marketing and coaching environments, yet remain unsubstantiated.

Katie Kay entered the JT Foxx environment around 2019 and was subsequently positioned as a coach. From that point forward, her biography has been presented as that of a highly successful operator—despite the absence of independently verifiable evidence to support such claims. The identity “Katie Kay” appears to function as a constructed business persona associated with Katherine Kefalas, raising serious concerns of misrepresentation.

You are being asked to pay and learn from someone whose business track record, as presented, does not withstand basic due diligence.

If there is doubt, the solution is simple: verify the claims independently. Search corporate registries, licensing authorities, and transaction records. Business is a game of facts—if you do not verify the data, others will define it for you.

As JT himself says: Trust—but verify.

I recently attended the 1% of 1% coaching session with JT Foxx, and what stood out most to me was the combination of direct, no-fluff insight and the quality of people in the room.
