This company is a scam. I’m being so generous with one star rating for this company. So unprofessional and bad customer service. I had to wait 7 days for my money transfer to Ethiopia. What’s even more disrespectful of the staff they have is every time I try to contact them I had to wait minimum half an hour and then they tell me the money will be delivered within an hour. An hour becomes days and when I contact them again they say the same thing. What’s even worse is that when I asked them to cancel the transaction they won’t send me any approval of cancellation. Now my money is stuck with them and trying to communicate with them is not giving any results. This company is a nightmare and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

I strongly advise people to be careful when sending money through WorldRemit, especially when the payout partner is Juba Express.

In my case, the transfer was marked as “delivered”, but the recipient never actually received the money. When I contacted customer service, I kept getting delays and promises that the issue would be fixed within 24 hours, but the problem continued.

The most concerning part is that Juba Express claimed the money had been delivered, which was not true. This creates serious trust issues because the system shows the transfer as completed even though the recipient has not received anything.

This is not the first time I have experienced delays like this. It has happened many times, and every time I report the issue I am told it will be fixed, but the same problem continues.

If you are sending money to family, be very careful. A transfer marked as delivered does not always mean the money was actually received.

Its not good service customer with better another transfer like PaySii or Dahabshill

My Transaction still pending i have tried to contact the company with out results. Even after 4 days still waiting to get the fund transacted.You should solve the problem as soon as possible.

The system claims transactions are processed within 30 minutes, but this is completely false. My transaction has been pending for four days with no update. Customer service is not responding at all, and their phone number doesn’t even work. This raises serious concerns and makes the website appear highly suspicious and potentially fraudulent.

Yes do transfer money fast but when you need customer service nobody will get back to you absolutely ridiculous I genuinely believe this is run by a 9 year old kid because camon now how can they claim to helping customers but when you need it there’s no way to contact them at all. -100 %0 out 100 0/10 id give you 0 out of 1 million!

In terms of how your money is safely getting to the receiving person, it is fine. I had no problem at all.

The problem is they do not have any customer service at all non existent 0/10.

Sent money on 28/11/25 as for today the 02/02/25 it’s stuck saying ready to pay.

Tried to use emails, phone numbers, what’s app text they do not care genuinely the worst customer service in the entire world-100

They claim to help customers 24/7 that’s a big fat lie. They don’t. I hope another better company comes so I can delete this nonsense app from my phone asap absolutely disgusting disastrously bad! Overall 0/100!

Very poor service. I called them many times and I didn’t get any help.

After I send the money there is no response from them, the status only show processing and even customer support is not responding. Worest experience.

Worst experience ever i sent my money with worldremit via jubba express and chose a cash pick up. But my family member never received her money she is a old lady and they did her bad. They sent the money through a premier wallet app told her to show her the message for the registration and took the money. She was needing that money very bad and they just stole the money. I am very shocked and never thought something could happen. And tried everything to get the money back but worldremit and even juba express doesnt feel responsible to fund me back. Never ever choose juba express or worldremit if u dont want to loose your money!!!!!!!
