Flawless Experience

5 years ago Jubilee Finance handled my mortgage for my first house purchase. Great to see that 5 years later, the high standards are still common practice.

David has expertly handled the re-mortgaging of said house this time round. Clearly knows his stuff, articulated well to me in basic terms and patience throughout in ensuring that I make the best decision for my circumstances. Needless to say, I thought this would be a daunting process but have been able to navigate it with ease thanks to David and Jubilee Finance.

Knowledgeable and practical advise from very approachable people. They were recommended to me and I have no hesitation of recommending them.

Ross was absolutely amazing guiding me through the process as a first time buyer and made it as easy as possible! He never got impatient with me asking lots of questions and explained everything to make it as simple as possible. I would recommend him and jubilee to everyone.

Richard, Helen and the rest of the team are very experienced and they are experts in what they do. We have been using Jubilee finance for nearly a decade as first time buyers and have gone through multiple remortgages. Each time, the team deliver at their 100% best.

Ross and Helen at Jubilee Finance were both extremely supportive and helpful with my re-mortgage. They were always available to provide advice and guidance, indeed when a better deal came up prior to my my changeover they even secured me a better interest rate.

Always got back to my emails promptly and called me to update me on my process when something had progressed. He was friendly and helpful throughout and always let me know that if I needed anything, even up until moving in, to let him know!

I have had an utterly amazing experience with Jubilee Finance, particularly from David, who has recently been advising me on mortgages. My initial conversation with David was very informative and customer service, which was miles better than I had experienced from other firms in the past. Any questions I have had along the way has quickly been answered, with care and attention. David is very knowledgeable in finding a mortgage product which works for me and my self employed partner. A decision in principle was very quickly drawn up, to allow us to start looking at houses.
