We have been with Judo Pay for quite a few years now and the service is always exceptional. We must mention Guilherme Ferreira who goes above and beyond to help with any issues or queries.

Naia at customer support has been of a great help! She helped me with information regarding refunds and disputes and I just managed to get this resolved.

Special thanks to Samual who was amazing, I initially wanted to apply to Amex through Judopay, but instead he pushed me to try and apply to Amex directly and link my Amex MID to Judopay. This saved me money in the long run, as I got a great fee deal from Amex that I could not have obtained using a blended application. It's not every day that a salesperson takes your interests in mind, especially when nothing is available to them in return (Amex don't make Judopay money).

Mention to Ganya as well, who was responsive and helpful during the underwriting process, as well as to test the set-up and fix the limited number of initial issues.

If I had to mention one drawback, it seems a bit hard to deal in multiple currencies, unless mistaken you need to get one separate MID for every presentment currency (and pay a set-up fee), when the big names in the processing industry integrate multi-currency seamlessly.

We've been working with Judo Pay now for a number of years and have had a very positive experience. Judo Pay have help us to tackle and overcome any payment errors that we experienced. Gui, Tomek and Joe have been gone above and beyond to ensure that our customer experience is second to none. They offer excellent customer support, are highly reliable and have competitive transaction fees.

Great Account Management
The team have been very supportive with the switch over to Judo pay from our historic provider and we have saved ourselves money making the change. The system is intuitive and easy to use and the reporting is clear and useful.

Our account manager Rebecca Depczynski makes all the difference. Her overall management is impeccable - regular check ins, fast response times on any form of query and quick resolutions when needed. Her depth of knowledge, proactivity and willingness to help makes working with Judo a pleasure.

We have used Judopay for many years now. The intergration for card payments is excellent and the customer service is very good. Guilhermeice is always on call when you need him.

We transferred from Datacash a few years ago, the onboarding was very efficient and seamless. Since that time the processing has been error free, and most importantly any questions that come up are dealt with very efficiently by the help desk. So from onboarding by Kim Reynolds to day to day backup - the experience has been excellent.
