I believe that good customer service is an integral part of any company! Not only does Juicefly have an excellent line of products at a reasonable price, but their customer service is top notch! I highly suggest purchasing from this company!

My order was delayed over 5 days. It was stuck at a shipping location for several days with no movement. I provided my order number to Juicefly immediately upon request to resolve this, but Juicefly then went silent for 3 days.

I eventually had to take matters into my own hands and coordinate with a shipping supervisor to actually get my package delivered.

​Only 3 days AFTER the package arrived did the vendor finally reply, ignoring my previous concerns entirely with a scripted 'have a great day.' This is deflection at its finest.

They provided zero assistance when the shipment was stalled and only surfaced to close the ticket once the work was done for them. If you value actual customer service and accountability, look elsewhere.

Literally sent me someone else’s full order and their address on the receipt. So so unsafe and sketchy 2nd time this has happened.

Great customer service. They were out of a couple of my flavors and actually text me to see if I wanted to try something else. It only took 7 days for shipping from across the country which isn't too bad even with a major snow storm and I could track my shipment.

Excellent business and e-commerce site. I have been ordering for a couple of years and have never had problems. Will continue to rely on this site for vapes as long as possible.

When I received my order I was shorted one Geekbar pulse I ordered and paid for. I left numerous emails and called and left messages and no one would get back to me. I will no longer do business with this company.
