Es dauert sehr lange, bis die Ware endlich da ist. Und dann kostet die Rücksendung über 6 Euro. Was aber besonders ärgerlich ist, dass sie nur über Kreditkarte funktioniert, auch wenn man gar nicht mit Kreditkarte bezahlt hat. Dieses komplizierte Verfahren erweckt den Eindruck, dass man so die Geduld verlieren soll und die Ware lieber behalten soll. Angesichts der Preise, die hier für Jogginganzüge aufgerufen werden, wäre etwas mehr Kundenfreundlichkeit angesagt.

Terrible customer service and they don’t even have a phone number they have a email and get back to you whenever. Absolutely terrible. If the bag is out of stock they literally will just send you a random bag in hopes that you keep it so they can keep your money.

Your site is legit for starters. I could not locate my size in the style of tracksuit anywhere except this site. Delivery was quick & communication excellent. Thank you! I love my Juicy Couture tracksuit!

Extremely rude customer service! they cancelled my order 5 days after ordering due to pricing being incorrect and being put in the sale, saying they have the right under the terms and conditions but they didn't just cancel the items, cancelled the whole order, then went quiet when asked if I could receive a discount or voucher for the delay and situation, they sit also haven't sorted out my missing item from previous order saying they can't track it or have no details but still won't offer a refund

I would think very carefully before ordering evri left my parcel in a unknown location which I never authorised the parcel was stolen and i believe the driver could of taken it as I never got a knock on my door neither did they ring the buzzer, contacted juicy they never showed any compassion no apologies nothing they never bothered to investigate or put in a claim with evri they was very rude very nasty and refused to even bother to give me any options only telling me to raise a dispute with card company i am beyond disgusted and disappointed I spent thousands on there website and when something has gone wrong one time they can’t even show any remorse nor care about me as a customer I will be taking them to the financial ombudsman or small claims for this as I feel they should of offered me a replacement or refund please please be careful when ordering with them as they don’t care about you if your parcel gets stolen or misdelivered in my case shame on you juicy I won’t be shopping there in future awful customer service Don’t bother listening to the rely they never investigated anything with the courier they are complete liars and scam Company who refused to help customers you will never get another penny from me

I’ve been ordering from Juicy Couture UK since September 2025 and the service with all my orders has been great. In this particular order I was, like with all my other orders from Juicy, kept in the loop from when I placed the order to when it arrived at my house. I will definitely continue to buy from them in the future. :)

Bag not as described and smells so strongly of plastic fumes and hasn't gone after a week. Resent having to pay for a tracked return when it's the item at fault not just being picky. For 130 pounds for a bag I'd expect the materials to be better quality. Had a juicy couture bag from the 2000s that's totally different quality :(

I was send completely the wrong bag. Support contacted to say the would arrange collection. This was over a week ago and they are now ignoring my emails.

Placed an order the moment the new collection dropped on the 17th.
Really Awful how can they charge £160 for a daydreamer that arrives already showing signs of wear & tear in corners I emailed support and got no reply wouldn’t buy from them again was really exited for my new daydreamer.
Not to mention it didn’t even arrive in a cardboard box just straight up plastic wrapping not good.

I had a really great contact with Fatima and I can’t blame her services.

But I’m really disappointed, I received a top with a really strange shape to the shoulder that made me return my order that I placed end December 2025.

Thanks to Fatima, she sent a return code without having to pay.
But when I followed the package returned the 19 January, I saw the package arrived the 29 and waited 10 more days so I could get a refund since it’s in their politics.

Right now, the 16 feb, I did not received my refund.
And I feel like they’re lying about the reality so they can make the refund delay longer.
Apparently the packaging arrived the 13 February but it’s not true unfortunately.
I have called Mondial Relay postal service and they did confirm my package arrived in time but ok.

At this point I’m only counting on PayPal to get refunded since they’re not honest with their clients.

I will NEVER order from JC again.

I received this item for Christmas and the item was faulty it had holes in it...after emailing several times juicy only reached out to me after I left a terrible review on here. For some reason the review has been removed but there customer service is still atrocious as they've reached out and said send photos which I did they then said a courier would collect them...that was the last communication 6 days ago just sat here in stalemate waiting for a reply

I am extremely disappointed with Juicy Couture UK.

Order JC_124176 arrived in a damaged parcel, with an item missing on delivery. Despite this being a straightforward non-receipt issue, Juicy Couture UK has completely ignored me.

I emailed customer service repeatedly over several weeks, sent a formal complaint, a final notice, and followed all instructions given, no response whatsoever. The US team replied, but only to redirect me back to the UK team, who continue to ignore all contact.

The missing item is out of stock, so a replacement is impossible, yet no refund has been issued. I was left with no option but to initiate a chargeback, report the matter to Trading Standards, and escalate via ADR due to total non-engagement.

This is not a minor delay - it is a complete failure of UK customer service and a refusal to resolve a clear case of non-delivery, despite consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If you are ordering from Juicy Couture UK, be aware: if something goes wrong, you may be ignored entirely and forced to involve your bank to recover your money

Ordered from Juicy Couture UK. Size was bigger than expected so I tried asking for exchange through email which was said so in the directions to return for exchange. No answer for a week so i decided just to refund through the system there was an option to exchange and then it said refund. I sent them back days ago, they received them and I have still not heard back! No exchange, no refund and I have no idea what is happening. The worse customer service ever! No way to contact only email! Disgrace.

Die Versandzeiten sind furchtbar lang. Zusätzlich der absolut schlechteste Online-Handel was Rücksendungen betrifft. Allein der Prozess, bis man ein Rücksendeetikett bekommt. Dann darf man noch mehr als 6 Euro bezahlen für ein kleines Hermes Päckchen. Und am Schluss wird man gezwungen, das Etikett über eine Kreditkarte zu zahlen, ansonsten keine Rücksendung. Eine echte Frechheit. Definitiv das letzte mal, dass ich bei Juicy Couture bestellt habe.
