Out of the last 6 packs we’ve purchased 3 packs have had papers that unravel or no glue at all!!! You USED to have an excellent product, lately it’s subpar at best.

Still have not received my items Edit: having received a reply saying i haven't paid, i didn't realise the money hadn't been taken after I'd given my full bank card details till now.

Hi Stephen, Selection packs are chosen at random, so you may receive a few of one flavour, a few less or more of another. It's like a lucky dip. There is the option to buy which flavours you specifically want if you want particular flavours. When you next order we will try and give you a bigger selection. Kind regards, Customer Services.
