Jujubit, don't be lieing to people. Saying that you recently changed things when I know for a fact that you have not "restructured how your support team handles inquiries so you get real answers, not repeated messages" and can provide proof of it. I still have other orders I'm waiting on and your company is still sending the same messages.

Originally my experience was stellar. But the more I use them the more issues there are with communication, with quality of the product, and resolution seems non-existent. They only communicate through their in-app (or on the website) chat window. And they have stopped responding there as well. It’s a bit of a Jeckyll / Hyde situation so buyer beware depending on which way it goes for you.

UPDATE 1: after 2 weeks of a promised response and solution the customer service rep said I was just wrong (despite photo evidence to the contrary) and provided no solution. Only chose to argue more.

UPDATE 2: Also, there’s definitely a fake 5-star review on here in response to my review. They take a minimum of 3 weeks from order to fulfillment. They posted that they “saw my review and decided to order and are happy with their order”. I posted my review on 06/13, and they posted their review on 06/22. There’s no way they got their order that fast. And they specifically claimed to have ordered after seeing the only review on TrustPot at that time (mine). Timing is incorrect. That’s a fake review.

UPDATE 3: They acted like they were going to replace one of my minis that already broke. Then they said nevermind. I had to buy the 3d print files from them to be able to get the mini printed elsewhere. I am never giving them my business again.

UPDATE 4: I had recommended them to multiple friends. None of those friends have received their minis. One friend ordered in MAY and hasn’t received his mini.

UPDATE 5: Jujubit had my review pulled because they don’t like the truth getting out. I’ll keep reposting this very real experience.

UPDATE 6: Jujubit’s “improved” customer service included a series of inane emails that never resolved the broken mini. My review score is accurate. They are still terrible.

Buy at your Own Risk

What I bought and what I received are so different, it's not even funny! The render the on "Create your Own" figure I obtained was beautiful; The figure I received is atrocious. The paint job is half done, botched, and looks terrible. They legitimately ruined my character. For a 10cm figure, and considering the price they charge, you'd expect them to at least do a decent job with painting. But no, they don't. This company is a scam, and that's it!

Our figures are full-color 3D printed, meaning color is embedded into the material during printing rather than painted on, so the finish looks different from traditional hand-painted figures. That said, if what you received is significantly different from your 2D preview, that's something we'll address. No communication

No communication. I reached out twice, once for a status update, and another because the order status had not changed over 3 weeks (it was still in printing) and they sent me the same exact automated message with no update.

Considering their policy is they cannot refund you once they begin printing, its very obvious they just take orders, promise a short window time span for delivery, and update the status asap to printing when in reality I'm sure nothing has been happening.

Least I can do is share a review here. So as far as I know I probably don't even know if I'm ever going to get my figure.

Production involves handwork including 3D model refinement, post-processing, and quality inspection, which is why it takes longer than typical e-commerce orders. This site came up on YouTube and it looked cool. TrustPilot said probably a scam but it was such a new site I kept looking. Some randos in Reddit were showing off pics to unconvinced other randos. Took a chance figuring my credit card would reimburse me if needed. Minis arrived today! They're good enough! Plan to purchase the rest of our party asap!
