I ordered a few pieces and liked the fabric quality and stitching. The styles feel modern and comfortable for daily wear.

Poor quality fabric. Inaccurate sizing . False promise of return. I will block further advertisements as items do not look like what is shown .

Bottom line first: If you need to return their shoddy clothes, you have to pay to send them back to China! (Or settle for a 30% or 40% refund) This is not an American retail shop as their photos suggest but one of those misleading Chinese companies with cheap goods that don't even come close to fitting or looking like the online pictures. They advertised one top as linen; their own label said it was synthetic. I sent them my order form and tag to show them and said it was a "bait and switch" situation. I told them I would be reporting them to my state Attorney General and federal fraud reporting department in the US. I got a full refund.

I should have paid attention to my gut which told me something was "off." But their AI "Margaret" had this reassuring tone when she responded to my questions. Took well over a month to even get the order with no updates on tracking. Lesson learned so you don't have to learn it, too. If you're here on Truth Pilot because you sense something's off, don't order. If you do order, plan to report them to the authorities if you hope to get a full refund.

Do not order from this company. Merchandise received after many delays. Merchandise is of horrendous quality. Tried to cancel before delivery and advised unable to cancel. Merchandise received and then attempted to return and obtain refund.

Placed my order and on Feb 5 it was sent to the shipper they say . It’s now a month later and it’s never moved or updated . Emails with the company claim they are still waiting to hear from the shipping company . No info , no update , won’t refund , somehow I’m just supposed to continue waiting . Do not order from this company !

This website is nothing but a scam ! The quality , color and sizing is incorrect versus website . They misstate the quality of the product in the copy and even note it is on Sale for a significant savings and the product never was at the fake retail price because it is nothing but a poorly designed piece of material . Not even a wearable product ! Juliette boutique is a Chinese fraudulent website . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ! They state a money back return guarantee but want to basically charge you the amount of the product with $30-50 .00 shipping and duty plus restocking fees and 5-7 weeks to refund !!

This site is a SCAM - do not shop here! Poor quality merchandise from China - looks nothing like the photos online. Return policy is a nightmare - pay a fortune to send it back or get a partial refund. Horrible!

Very unhappy experience. Ordered a dress that looked so adorable online….finally received it it it is so poorly made, material is awful…slight similarity to the online picture. We have to pay to ship it back to China??? Not spending another $50 to get $75 back. Their offer is this or another product of the same price (no), or 10% back. They finally agreed to %60 back when I told them I was going to dispute the charge. Shop carefully….do not recommend.

This site is a huge scam. Tried to return an item and get the runaround, 10% refund you keep, 20% etc. If you return item it has to go back to China you pay 35-40$. Buyer beware! Product is cheap and shoddy.
